I liked the view the most. It was great being able to see the cathedral and walls from our room and balcony. Breakfast was very good (despite the fact that we unexpectedly arrived at the breakfast room in the midst of about 30 senior citizens who'd just shown up for a spa day and, apparently, breakfast - the young women who ran it did an amazing job). Nice to be able to walk so easily into the old town.

This was temporary but the parking lot was under construction which caused some minor issues moving luggage and checking in.

Very good, clean facilities. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good, they served typical food (cheese, ham, omelette, juice and coffee). We have not used spa or pools. There was a place to park our car in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly, we would come back.

Everything was fine, nothing negative to point out.

The view is incredible from this side of the hotel! The prize/value is very good, the rooms have all you need and a lot of space. Loved that they are becoming a sustainable hotel taking care of products and water/ cleaning policies!

The terrace could have been a little bit more clean, but they came and cleaned it quickly when we asked for it, so not a very big problem for us.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It looked out onto a housing estate behind the hotel. We were able to park when we arrived around 6.30pm and the walk into the town is quick and easy. The receptionists were helpful with information.

We only had the option of a room with breakfast and breakfast was definitely not worth the money. The croissants were inedible and there wasn't a lot of choice.

Good stopping point on our journey between the med and the north. Spa was enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was good.

It should be clearer when booking, that use of the spa is not free for hotel guests. (17 euro per person for 1 hour). Evening meal was OK but disappointing. We hoped and expected a better quality of food.

The hotel was very easy to find and in a great location, 5 minute walking distance of the old town. Our room had a big terrace with views of the cathedral. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, including fried eggs! There was also a garage available to park motorcycles although we didn’t use this.

To use the spa it cost €17 each, which we thought would have been for our overnight stay. However, when we asked if we could use the pool in the morning before we left (which was the only facility we used the previous evening for one hour) we were told we would have to pay again. This is very expensive for quite a small pool and some of the water features didn’t work.

It was an amazing experience. The spa was fabulous and a great view of the city. I will definitely go back. Friendly staff as well

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Everything was really good, especially the staff from the breakfast and Luis (from reception), who was very attentive to our needs (we were two motoriders that arrived wet to the hotel).
