The hotel is located ideally to explore both the Canyon of Rio Lobos and the Urbion hills. The village is simply enchanting to walk through, especially in the evenings. We were very happy to find the hotel dog-friendly, with comfortable parking and accommodating staff and although we had to eat our meals in the bar (dogs not allowed in the dining room), they were tasty and we got to meet and greet every other guest walking in for their meals as they all felt obliged to say hallo to us perched on our stools ;) Overall the experience was enjoyable and we will consider returning there next autumn.

The room was converted from single-beds to a double which made for a rather awkward socket/light position and only a single locker. On a plus note, bed was very comfy. A slightly dated decor would benefit from a lick of chic grey paint perhaps? And please clean/fix the nozzle of the coffee machine in the breakfast room as every cup of spluttering hot water gets one third into a cup and two-thirds on the floor!

Very cheap. We only paid 50 euros for room including breakfast!! Motorbike friendly. Good parking at rear of garage for 3 euros if needed. Room clean . Noce shower. Beds comfy. Breakfast good. We had a meal there too which was reasonably priced and tasty. Friendly staff. Village worth exploring. Very old and quaint. Shop nearby if you need provisions.

Unfortunately no air con so hot in room whilst sleeping. Our room was next to road so some traffic noise early in morning....

We arrived at 8pm and went into the restaurant and had an outstanding meal. The chef is first rate. All of the hotel/restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The breakfast was a lot more than a typical continental breakfast. The village is wonderful with so much interesting history. Well worth walking around.

Great location on the main street through the town. The hotel is very clean and has a restaurant and bar. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and spoke quite a bit of English which made life a bit easier. They offered us a parking space in the garage for our motorcycles at 3€ each which was great. The town has lots of options for food and drinks.

Room got very hot at night .

The breakfast was basic, but everything was super tasty and fresh. It's hard to find better toasts with tomato 🙂 We had an unexpected attraction - 7 storks' nests visible from the window of our room! That was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. I would definitely come back to this peaceful place.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful village, full of character. We had an excellent breakfast with an amazing variety of food. The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive.

Clean and light hotel in a good location and very good value for money

A fridge in the room would have been helpful, and the breakfast was a bit limited - but considering the price, perhaps not surprising.

Location was perfect for touring the area on motorbike, with really good parking.

Breakfast was basic but enough to keep you going. Would have been nice to have more fruit options/pastries or cooked breakfast.

We completely fell in love with this place. It is very cozy, very clean, on a great place and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was also very tasty.

Central location. Wonderful view of old town and nesting birds.

Bar not open. Had to go elsewhere for evening meal.
