What a stunning, beautifully clean hotel this is .it looks like brand new throughout. The staff were awesome, everyone .we can only speak a little spanish but they were able to speak good english.booking in was easy .they helped us with directions, etc .the room was spotless and with enough room for what we needed .a kettle and fridge in the room is a nice touch, too .we had a little balcony as well .the bathroom was spotless with a great shower .there's a tapas bar next door, but we didn't use it .a supermarket a few meters away which had some very good prices .we didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment .there's free coffee in reception too .this hotel offers such a lot .it's also within a minute away from the main restaurants and shops .on our next trip I won't look anywhere else ill be staying here .

Leaveing

The hotel is strategically located, just a minute off of the "casco historico" where all the tourist nightlife happens. Lots of choice for places to eat. The hotel doesn't have a parking (as clearly stated) and they suggested taking advantage of the public parking nearby, which unfortunately was fully booked when we arrived; that said, we easily got to another public parking just south of the city center which had spaces available and wasn't even 10 minutes walk away.

There was a small hiccup with the badging to access the hotel after the reception's office hours; we were able to get in contact with the emergency number and they were about to come open to us manually when another guest happened to be able to access and we followed. No harm done

Close to the city centre. Professional and helpful staff. Plenty of good places nearby to eat and drink, including the connected ‘Mena’ tapas restaurant. Good wifi. Easy, cheap parking in the adjacent underground supermarket carpark.

Breakfast next door was OK, but it seemed expensive.

One of the nicest, most comfortable hotels we have stayed in for some time. Feels brand new with high quality materials. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. Great parking deal with the Auchan supermarket around the corner. Dinner was delicious in the restaurant Mena next door, which also hosts a tasty breakfast for the hotel.

Room was very spacious and quiet The hotel and the rooms are newly renovated Staff was very friendly and helpful, in spite of my poor Spanish :) We also got very helpful info on where to park our car before arriving

Nothing

Location near town centre, between sights, restaurants and parks. od choice at breakfast, parking in the supermarket carpark as secure as most similar places. Canoli in the cafe just down the street. Hotel itself was good clean and friendly.

Slightly hard to find the entrance as is a doorway, maybe our expectations were more of a hotel front, not much signage from the carpark nor looking from the escalator.

The hotel is situated in the middle of Soria which is ideal for touring. We arrived on motorcycles and had safe parking in the adjacent store. The rooms are newly decorated to a very high standard. The staff were very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.

immaculately clean, crisp sheets, firm and comfortable bed. well appointed room with every detail considered. spacious shower. the smell of all of the soaps and sheets and towels was divine. parking was convenient. when I arrived, there was a local vegetable market happening in the pedestrian square — just charming. the restaurant attached to the hotel is delicious and provides the breakfast which I would recommend getting as it was a good value

The three reception staff, Olga, Cesar and Monica were all very friendly, helpful and professional. My room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. A complementary bottle of water was provided. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, cheese, dried ham and yoghurt and is good value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Soria is nice relaxed town to hang around for a day or two and has some great restaurants.

A communal lounge area in the hotel would have been nice.

Breakfast was well presented and outstanding value. Similarly the Hotel location and facilities represented good value

Parking, however, was difficult. We had to use an underground car park for a supermarket which was shared by the hotel. Access is via a pedestrianised area thus adding to the confusion.
