The hotel is very clean, modern, big, practical, with large, comfortable beds. It is a quiet, residential area. 15 minutes from the center (on foot). Great breakfast, varied and delicious. Super personnel (at reception and in the breakfast area). We had to modify our booking, and the receptionist was very understanding and helpful. They inform you before you arrive of the reception hours and what to do if you arrive after hours, so I don't understand the negative comments on this.

Not loads of outside parking after hours, but possible to find some if necessary.

Very good value. Situated just off ring road ( which is, why we chose it) in a, quite area of town with ample free parking on streets adjacent to hotel. Breakfast was really good value in cafe adjoined to the hotel. Helpful staff . Please note 15 minutes walk to centre of town so if you don't like walking for whatever reason be aware, but taxi service was only 6 euros into town.

Some guests really slammed their doors when leaving room and for some reason this blasted through the hotel. The hotel would do well to put note to this effect on inside of door. Someone did it at 6 15 am and both of us, woke up as, as a result.

I liked that the room had a small reception aera that could be closed by a door, so the noise from the corridor was minimal. The room was rather big, the bathroom very clean and the whole hotel was quite new actually. It was also very safe and close to the historical city centre, 20 minutes walk.

Nothing to not like, parking a little difficult to find, so we pulled up and asked reception, who proved good clear instructions. Easy once you know, a little bit tight if you drive anything bigger than a Renault scenic, but would use again.

The room was very big - we didn't expect such a big room. It was a nice surprise. The bed was comfy. The staff were nice - they explained to us where the parking garage was and allowed us keep our car there for 24 hours which was beyond the time of our stay in the hotel. We were staying in Soria to do the local via Verde so it was very convenient that we could leave our car in their garage after checking out and until we returned from our bike ride in late afternoon. The location of the hotel is also convenient for exploring the town as it's a short walk away.

As seems to be the case with many Spanish hotels (or just our experience), there is this enduring smell of tobacco in the room. Not unique to this hotel but it was quite persistent.

It is a nice hotel with perfect staff. Quiet, elegant, big room with nice shower and facilities. They have a lot of spaces to park car outside and in the parking lot in another building. The bed was nice and big enough!

Nothing to declare, is really a nice place with wonderful staff, prepared and very attentious. Good place, nice and quiet, silent and with good view of the buildings and perfect to work and stay some nights.

Nice hotel for the price, good value. it's located in the outskirts of Soria, but it's a short 15 min walk to the city center

Small double size bed, 1.35 cm are nowadays outdated, hotel should have some rooms with queen size at least to be offered to clients.

Clean and close to the center (15 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by car)

Everything was good. Only problem was a very noisy group of young people who screamed until 1 am and started to scream again at 6:30 am the following morning

Great experience here, with a free upgrade to a top floor suite with terrace and all round views. Friendly staff and a good breakfast made it a very enjoyable stay.
