Staff were so very helpful. We liked that we could park safely in the underground car park and use their electric car charging facilities. Room was good, with the best shower we had on our travels. There is no restaurant at the hotel for evening meal but the receptionist recommended the Kioski bar and restaurant just across the road in the park. I think this is under the same ownership as the hotel. We had tapas for lunch in the bar and had an evening meal in the restaurant. Both were excellent. A really good buzz in the bar with locals. As we walked past to go in the restaurant for our evening meal it was packed, so worth booking. We didn't use the spa facilities at the hotel.

It is a converted convent, only opened a month ago. It was superb. Attention to detail, built within the old walls with all modern conveniences. Breakfast was great. Location was fabulous. If we had extra time we would have taken the spa services offered.

A little difficult to find the entry to the garage as there were still renovations going on, but lovely policeman assisted us in finding the right entry as did the hotel reception standing on the road waving to us. But it was great - willingness to help us.

Everything was great. Location was across the street from a beautiful park in the middle of the town. The hotel felt new but also had a lot of charm. We had a suite that was quite large. The spa was nice and the breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The AC in our room wasn't working. It got very warm at night. The only way to cool it was to open the window, but without a screen, we were bit by the mosquitos. If the AC worked correctly, the stay would have been absolutely perfect.

Poor attention to finishing electrical work, TV network cable disconnected intermittently through out the stay and seems unable to fix. Air conditioning kept stopping and had to rely on a call to reception to remedy, several times in our stay

We were greeted by one of the nicest receptionist, Rebecca. She made us feel so welcome. She gave us all the information we needed. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The room and bathroom were very big and comfortable and immaculately clean. Parking in the hotel was convenient. The hotel was walking distance to everything we needed.

A stylish hotel in a good location with great facilities. Garage parking for the motorcycle, lovely staff and a superb breakfast. Easy to explore the town on foot with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Nice park across the road.

Our room was a bit hot and the AC only has two settings, winter and summer.

Wow, breakfast and location! Elegant design and comfort! Friendly, helpful staff. I enjoyed the park across the street and the friendly tapas bar there, the closeness of town for meandering. I was able to find free parking.

Great location on the edge of the old town. Lovely park with a bar that served great beer & tapas 2 minutes from the hotel! Enclosed garage for our motorbikes. All 6 of us agreed that it was the best breakfast experience we have had in 20 years of travelling!

Breakfast was amazing. The location was very good with a fantastic bar and restaurant in the park opposite, we had an excellent meal there.

Hotel parking was a bit expensive at 20 euro, but it was under the hotel and stopped the car getting cooked in the sun.
