Modern spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and linens. Area amenities also very convenient and walkable. The kitchen area was really a bonus as we always have use for it. Will definitely be back.

The room entrance doors were heavy and difficult to open. I assume that is for hurricane safety purposes? The side door was exceptionally loud and obnoxious to use. All required maintenance to level them properly. Otherwise a great stay!

The location was perfect. Many good restaurants and shops right around the area. Close to the beautiful Florida Beaches. The room was comfortable and clean. Really loved having the kitchen with the full fridge to keep all of our beach snacks and drinks cold. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor seating was comfortable. We stayed on the 1st floor and it was quiet and pleasant. The staff were friendly and had great recommendations for the area. We really enjoyed our stay and ready for our next visit.

The hotel it’s beautiful, clean and have an easy access to all attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I will give a 15/10 on service. We were a group of 13 and staff made everything possible to accommodate us at all time. First impression always counts and we had a very good one from The Lodge 30A. We will definitely go back!!

Loved everything, nothing wrong to say.

The hotel is really modern and newly finished. The staff were really lovely on both check in and check out. There is a small gym and shop onsite for snacks drinks and ready meals. Parking is a plenty.

Our room was spotless except for a small pile of very short hair by the sink (like someone had been shaving their beard) and what we suspected was a used tower not noticed by room cleaning in the back of the bathroom door.

Truly a great hidden gem on the Florida Panhandle. They took SUCH good care of me and my millions of questions as I was having a tricky travel situation with the impending hurricane. Loved the ease of check-in, abundant parking, free wifi, hot shower, big TV, comfy couch in the room... It was a great stay. HUGE thank you to Evelyn, Vita and Emily for your help!

My bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I'm chalking that up to my bad back mostly. :-)

We loved the whole experience with the property, very clean, maintained, just like the pictures on the website: Booking.coom I would highly recommend this property for anyone family.

The laundry room was located next to a room on the first floor which made it hard for anyone to wash after 9pm, due to the fact that they can hear. We were on the 3rd floor and laundry room closes at 9pm.

Modern, clean, beautiful

Cleaning service was supposed to be every other day but I don’t feel that was consistent. It’s not so much having the room cleaned as we needed things to be replenished like towels etc. I would just grab stuff when I saw the cart😊

It was so cozy and decorated darling! I especially liked the common areas to gather in the lobby with fireplaces & TV’s. A “lodge” type vibe.♥️

When you check-in, it would be helpful if the receptionist informs you about the housekeeping schedule so you can plan accordingly to grab your coffee- the nite before.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Close to bike rentals, beach access, restaurants and shopping. Pool area was great as well.

Unfortunately, our daughter was not a fan of the pull out couch. Would request 2 queen beds instead of the king and sofa next time. Other than that, it was wonderful.

It was very clean, beautiful and sleek finishings and the room had everything we needed. The room was spacious, too. Check in was a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our early check in request. Also, the water pressure was great.

The bed was not very comfortable but that was my only complaint. Everything else was wonderful!
