Perfect location for a short beach trip to 30A. The views of the Gulf from the 3rd and 4th floor rooms can't be beat. Easy access to the beach via the boardwalk over the dunes and access to four different pools on the property in addition to Camp Watercolor a short bike ride away. Wonderful dining options within the hotel with Gather and FOOW

The property was amazing. Location and amenities were perfect. Daily cleaning and nightly turndown service were great. Everything you could imagine was provided- bikes, trolleys, 10 pools, everything you need was provided

The staff was amazing...very helpful. Nice big room...beautiful sunsets. Heater for the pool wasn't working. To cold to swim. Went to the club next door. I will definitely be going back.

The brand new pool just opened while we were there and it is wonderful and served by great pool staff with delicious menu. truly all the staff were very kind and helpful. it seems that the renovations for the new suites are wrapping up and there was no inconvenience from this.

need to book beach chairs well in advance and pricey, but you can get same day setups starting at 9 am in the third row. it is a strange complaint, but the pools in the beach club and camp watercolor are too warm and the water was barely refreshing on a hot summer day. we opted to stay cooler in the ocean.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel is beautiful and easy to get around. An easy vacation with or without children.

this was our first visit to WaterColor Inn. The location is absolutely beautiful! It actually had the vibe of an island resort. Loved FOOW restaurant. My teenage boys loved the complimentary bikes. Staff were pleasant and helpful but several were not very knowledgeable. Beach setups I thought were overpriced particularly when they do not provide beachside service of food or beverage. At Camp WaterColor (where the lazy river and waterslide are), they do not provide towels which I thought was insane! We opted to walk there from the inn which was about one mile away, so we had to buy beach towels there. You have to bring your beach towels over from the inn. There is construction going on which caused some traffic congestion near the entrance. LOTS of golf carts which is definitely the best way to get around the property, but frustrating for car drivers (golf carts blocking the road around the entrance). We will definitely get a golf cart next time. Overall we enjoyed it and will go back.

Beautiful seaside resort, very comfortable rooms, nice dining, great beachfront, lots of shopping, restaurants and activities in Water Color and nearby Rosemary Beach. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Best location in Watercolor/Seaside right on the beach and easy walking distance to shops/restaurants. Ocean views from the rooms (3rd and 4th floors have the best views)

You have to wait in line each morning for a beach chair and it costs $75. The beach is also really crowded

My husband and I were so pleased with the resort. It was a perfect way to spend our 49th anniversary. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Great place would definitely recommend it.

The staff and service was amazing, from the fro t desk to the cleaning of the room and the turn down service! The extras that make it so awesome, the treat suite, the water, the bikes, I can’t say enough, fabulous!

it is a little pricey, I would love to come back over and over but not sure with the prices
