We stayed at the Residence Inn for my daughter's 12th birthday party. She had some friends and a stocked fridge. I stopped by the hotel a day before we were supposed to check in and let the hotel know we needed two rooms next to each other so the adults could monitor the kids. Mayilin at the front desk went above and beyond! When she found out that we were celebrating my daughter's bday, she made a "goodie bag" and a little birthday sign for us to find when we got into the room! It was so sweet and unexpected. She also let me check in a little early so I could decorate the room with balloons, etc. The girls had a blast! They played in the pool and then ran to the hot tub and back. They played games in the room all night and just had a great time. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who asks.

Residence Inn @ Sandestin 10/10 would recommend for location to shops and entertainment for mature family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, including the hot bar and good variety provided. The 2 bedroom rooms were amazing and clean. Quiet enough for me to work from the room and take meetings. The staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze.

The room was big, perfect for my family of 6. It was also nicely renovated and clean. Minutes from the beach and right in the heart of fine dining/shopping.

Breakfast was a little lackluster, with limited options but the ladies that were in charge were excellent. I accidentally dropped my plate just as they were wrapping up amd they made sure to get me everything I had previously even though they put majority of it away 🙃

We had a lovely two-night stay with our family! We were really happy to have two bedrooms, which worked out perfectly for us. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed for cooking, which made it easy to stick to our food budget instead of eating out all the time. The staff was super responsive and helpful, too! Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but it did the job. Overall, we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It was very clean, loved the breakfasts in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful area. Had to travel a little to the beaches. We found Henderson State Park Beach. We loved it there, beautiful clean beach. Loved that the kitchenette area was stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The refrigerator was exceptionally clean. I would stay there again.

Really nothing to dislike. Except in the King Suites they should leave extra tissues and bathroom tissues, maybe a broom in the closet to sweep up sand.

Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold options, the hot tub and pool were great. The information desk, lobby and breakfast area are separated from the units, which was quite unique, and the smell of the lobby was refreshing! The receptionist and the crew were amazing! Highly recommended!

The location of the property was great. Check-in and checkout was smooth and the staff were nice. The room size was 10/10. I recommend to stay in this hotel.

There were 3 minor things that I wish was better. At least in the room that I stayed in, I had to push/pull super hard to open/close the restroom door. The spout in the shower barely worked. Lastly, the breakfast was not the best. I was told that it was a buffet like breakfast, but only had 3-4 breakfast items to choose from.

They did not have towels in the pool area, I had to ask for towels daily. The elevators were a little scary, the staff didn’t clean the rooms or change out the towels in the room. The carpet needs to be changed through out the hotel.

I liked that it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the food was varied and the room was super comfortable and the best thing was that one could cook.

To improve the kitchen, it could have more equipment like an air fryer and a blender, however everything else was excellent.

Breakfast was the best - delicious tasting, fresh, good variety, plenty of healthy options, real food.

Having only one elevator in the building was a drawback. Having to walk a good distance from the car to our room with luggage, and especially having to walk between buildings in the rain and inclement weather was the only drawback.
