The staff were amazing. We traveled for my boyfriends birthday and they set up a little something so he felt celebrated. Our flight got delayed, so we had to change our booking and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The front staff was amazing and so helpful! The gentleman was great to help us know where nearby shopping was. We’ve stayed at a TRU before (the one in Destin) and this one by far exceeded our expectations-breakfast amazing!!!

Breakfast was great, loved the pancake maker, also loved talking with guest and manager of this hotel.

Manager and staff were awesome. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

Hotel is new. Location is convenient.

No microwave in the room. Shower door allows water to leak out all over the floor. Bad design. Checking in took 20 minutes.

Me and my wife drove 8 Hours away from Bowling Green Kentucky only to find out that this hotel wasn’t opened yet. We drove around to see if there were any other entrances but there wasn’t. I went back up to the front door the general manager let me in and explanied that we were the first people to actually arrive at the location that they haven’t been in contact with. He quickly informed me that he would make sure he found us somewhere to stay. Long story short we were able to stay at HOME 2 SUITES which was way nicer. It just would have been nice to have some sort of communication before arriving.

Didn’t get to see it

It wasn’t open yet and they didn’t send me a message to let me know until 8:00 pm the night before to let me know it wasn’t open yet, then they sent me an email to do check in online, which I did they confirm I was good to go at the desire time and when I got there it’s still not done!!!
