The property is beautiful. They have anything you could think of doing. There are a few amenities that come with the stay which is incredible. You could spend a few days just exploring the property.

The room was just average and the furniture was old wood and it was warped. The room had a moldy smell in the room. I requested another room but when I requested at the front desk, they said the property was completely booked. They sent maintenance and housekeeping to refresh the room and they did a good job which made it bearable, however, in my mind there is still a problem but we were only staying for 1 day so I made it worked and enjoyed our stay.

The pools were very nice and close access to the beach

We loved the resort atmosphere and having access to so much. The location was great! We were a little ways from the beach at bayside, but trams were pretty easy to use.

The room was okay. There were a few cosmetic concerns and very limited outlets for electronics. I also didn't know until check in that they hold $300 for incidentals. That was a little obstacle.

Bike riding, food , and accessible to the beach. Also, in the heart of the Emerald Coast.

Room cleaning. It would have been nice not to have to make the bed each morning.

Very quiet, mostly clean. Friendly staff, when you saw them but didn't see many staff members.

No one answered the guest helpline. You could text questions but it might be hours later before you get a response. You could tell the Bayside was pretty old. However, it did look like they were doing some renovations.

The staff was awesome. From the time we checked in. The maintenance person was awesome and so was housekeeping. Everyone on site was pleasant.

Had issues with the humidity in the room. It never really felt dry. I know FL is humid, but this was the only place during our stay where I experienced this. The audio on the TV never worked as it should. Initially it did not work at all. This as a real little thing that should not have been an issue at all. The wifi was the worst. Sometimes good signal, sometimes not. It always varied even if you did not move. I'm thinking that those in the owners quarters did not have this issue.

I loved my view from my room of the bay. The complimentary bike for 4 hours was wonderful. Riding the bike around the property was nice and beautiful to see. I enjoyed the restaurants on the property. The room was nice. It was a little dated and the tub was large but had some damage to it. It was overall a very relaxing experience. The weekend I attended there were a lot of college students there which is weird because it was a random weekend in October. But I didn't hear them once I was in my room and I blocked all outside noise or distractions with my headphones. I needed to rest and I did. Also enjoyed Henderson beach. It was nice and not too overcrowded.

I thought the tub was dirty at the bottom but it just had some Knicks to the bottom of it. The furniture was dated. The couch didn't look very appealing to sleep on. It wasn't fluffy and it didn't look that clean. But I didn't worry too much about that since I was alone I slept on the bed.

The resort properties absolutely stunning, peaceful, and perfectly located along both the beach and back bay. There were several pools to access and activities to enjoy that we unfortunately didn't have the time to take advantage of. Having beach access (parking included!) with restrooms was one of the biggest perks for us. We had a water-facing room on the back bay, and the view was absolutely stunning! So peaceful. We slept quite well, and the condo was incredibly spacious for two people.

The particular room we stayed in is in need of some maintenance/upgrades: a couple of the burners on the stove didn't seem to work; water came out of both the showerhead and tub faucet simultaneously; the toilet would continuously run so you had to always go back and jiggle the handle; and the nonstick pots and pans were so scratched up (e.g. toxic) that we went to Walmart to buy one pan to use for our trip. We were also unaware that the fridge available was a mini fridge.

We stayed at the Pilot House which was close to the wharf which included all the shops and restaurants. The free shuttle was a bonus to explore the rest of the property and the best stop was the beach. The pool was relaxing and family friendly, as was the entire property. Check In was easy and staff was friendly and informative.

We stayed for a week and never had our room cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels, for more coffee packs, and more trash liners. The elevators were down one day and had to take the stairs which is not horrible but still inconvenient when carrying a lot of packages.

The room was very nice and clean. The pool at our building was not crowded at all. The staff was super nice and friendly. Although, which shuttle went where was a bit confusing, it was very nice having that option. Just make sure you get on one that didn't just have a beach stop when going to dinner or you might notice you have a slightly wet bottom when exiting the shuttle. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and would recommend. Definitely wish our visit was longer!

How and wear to rent beach chairs and a golf cart were not clear at all and we ended up having to go without. When trying to book a chair online it said they were sold out, but after arriving there was a booth you could rent from that had many available (we had already bought some from Walmart since it had said sold out). There was confusion about what was included with our stay. Booking.com said all amenities were included, hotel said they were only included if we booked directly through them. We decided to drive ourselves over to the beach side of the hotel, but it was not clear where we could park and if we were to pay for parking. Beach was super crowded but our pool was not so we enjoyed ourselves regardless. The pros did outweigh the cons.
