The property is beautiful. They have anything you could think of doing. There are a few amenities that come with the stay which is incredible. You could spend a few days just exploring the property.

The room was just average and the furniture was old wood and it was warped. The room had a moldy smell in the room. I requested another room but when I requested at the front desk, they said the property was completely booked. They sent maintenance and housekeeping to refresh the room and they did a good job which made it bearable, however, in my mind there is still a problem but we were only staying for 1 day so I made it worked and enjoyed our stay.

Bike riding, food , and accessible to the beach. Also, in the heart of the Emerald Coast.

Room cleaning. It would have been nice not to have to make the bed each morning.

We loved the resort atmosphere and having access to so much. The location was great! We were a little ways from the beach at bayside, but trams were pretty easy to use.

The room was okay. There were a few cosmetic concerns and very limited outlets for electronics. I also didn't know until check in that they hold $300 for incidentals. That was a little obstacle.

Very quiet, mostly clean. Friendly staff, when you saw them but didn't see many staff members.

No one answered the guest helpline. You could text questions but it might be hours later before you get a response. You could tell the Bayside was pretty old. However, it did look like they were doing some renovations.

The resort properties absolutely stunning, peaceful, and perfectly located along both the beach and back bay. There were several pools to access and activities to enjoy that we unfortunately didn't have the time to take advantage of. Having beach access (parking included!) with restrooms was one of the biggest perks for us. We had a water-facing room on the back bay, and the view was absolutely stunning! So peaceful. We slept quite well, and the condo was incredibly spacious for two people.

The particular room we stayed in is in need of some maintenance/upgrades: a couple of the burners on the stove didn't seem to work; water came out of both the showerhead and tub faucet simultaneously; the toilet would continuously run so you had to always go back and jiggle the handle; and the nonstick pots and pans were so scratched up (e.g. toxic) that we went to Walmart to buy one pan to use for our trip. We were also unaware that the fridge available was a mini fridge.

We stayed at the Pilot House which was close to the wharf which included all the shops and restaurants. The free shuttle was a bonus to explore the rest of the property and the best stop was the beach. The pool was relaxing and family friendly, as was the entire property. Check In was easy and staff was friendly and informative.

We stayed for a week and never had our room cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels, for more coffee packs, and more trash liners. The elevators were down one day and had to take the stairs which is not horrible but still inconvenient when carrying a lot of packages.

The property was beautifully landscaped!

The pools closest to our condo were closed for renovations. No one told us before or during check in. It was disappointing to have swimsuits on and discover that both pools closest to our unit were closed for renovations.

Overall property was fine but would have liked the opportunity to stay in a apartment type unit. Would not have mind paying a little more to get what I wanted

LOVED THE VIEW! It was a beautiful, convenient spot. Apartment could be improved with only 2 complaints re:comfort. The couch was broken. Only one for the entire apartment and made sitting on it impossible. (Was broken that bad.) Don’t know if it was a fold-away. Never tried because it was that bad. Was broken in the center so was ruined to be sat in comfortably. Thermostat was the other issue. I have severe asthma. Which is why my dr. (From TN) sent me to the salty, beach air, to reduce inflammation in my lungs. The t’stat kept shooting back to 74 because it was remotely controlled from the owners. Understand leaving the door open and running at 70 degrees gets expensive. But, 74 gets warm at night when you have severe asthma. Maybe consider making exceptions when you know the circumstances will be helpful in the future. NOTE: was first of March when we were there, so I’d personally say that’s a considerable temperature for that time of year.

I like the location where we were placed at and being in the center of the shopping centers. Being able to go to the private beach and having shuttle bus provided for us and being in a private area.

I dislike the parking spot. Even though we were placed on the and floor for guest that stays there. We COULDN'T find a good parking spot. We have so much trouble finding a parking location and the tightness of the parking area. We would drive the 1st floor of the garage, don't have parking, than drive ton2nd floor don't have parking. We have to continuously drive around for a t least 5-10 minutes before we can even have a good parking location. Being a guest that stays there. I feel that we should be able to have parking spot without having to be frustrated to find a parking spot.
