The expectations I had about my stay were exceeded, so much so that I have decided to stay only in the Hyatt hotel chain from today ... very good location, very clean rooms, white towels, soft and practically new, excellent staff attention, thanks to Ms. Miriam, the Dominican girl (sorry for not remembering your name) for their help when I approached them for help, the girls at breakfast always friendly and attentive as well as those in the reception area. Breakfast very varied, however if you plan to stay more than a week if you will see it repetitive, but it is very good sincerely. Thank you all for your attention, we will be back soon.

Location is a plus . Room was clean, very quiet as well .

The staff at the front desk, when you enter the property didn’t even bother to greet you except for the check in or check out process. Also, the housekeeping department never changed two coffee mugs since we we used them the first day ( we stayed 7 nights). They cleaned the room few times but the mugs with the coffee we drank , were never changed/ washed. They were the ones provided with the coffee service in the room.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the whole hotel. The larger couch in the suite was great for my 6ft son

No microwave in the room. There was one downstairs that could be used, but not during breakfast time. That was the only time that I needed it. But, we couldn’t get leftovers from anywhere had to heat them up unless we went downstairs to the lobby. I feel for the price of the rooms and the fact that it was labeled the suite there should have been a microwave it.

The cleanliness of the entire property. The breakfast was outstanding each morning. They have real eggs and not the imitation kind that 90% of other hotel brands have. The waffles and pancakes are premade and only needs warming if you prefer. This reduces long lines whie waiting for people to pour the batter and make them like Homewood suites does.

I didn't like the fact that there weren't any microwaves in the rooms. There was ony one down in the breakfast area for the entire property.

The location was perfect, it was a short drive to the beaches and Destin Harbour. The fancy boulevard was just around the corner with plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee spots to explore. The area felt safe and convenient. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning and the gym was well equipped. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The air conditioning was noisy at times. Also, breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and a little pricey for the quality offered.

Breckfast very good and huge variety

The breakfast was delicious and my spouse and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the area with plenty to do with restaurants near the hotel. My wife loves to shop so we visited the outlet mall a short distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional.Will definitely stay there again.

Do too a Christmas parade parking at the hotel was restricted when we first arrived but that changed after a few hours. But it was worth the issue for a parade. Not that big a problem with how nice the area was.

Comfort, location, and cleanliness. Not to mention the hotels decor was impeccable. The elevator was fast we hardly ever had to share and the hotel was very quiet. It almost seemed like we were the only ones there!

The breakfast options had pork and my family and I don’t eat pork! And why is there no microwave in the rooms? I think for the value to be better that should be included in the room. There was an odd sewage smell outside near pool area it was odd.

Conveniently located to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast had a great variety which is good if you have kids with you. Great view from top floor. Laundry room was convenient and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and a relaxing area after a long hot day

Great staff team working hard and multitasking. Amazing breakfast and smiling kitchen staff. Pool was great for us to enjoy almost to ourselves and same with the gym. Great central location and cleanliness.

Bed was way too soft in our room, so much that we were caving in towards the middle. Unusual for a newer hotel. Hopefully an issue with just this room/bed. In description of hotel, we understood that bikes were available at no charge but off-site. It was all true but there is a charge. I would encourage the hotel to change the wording to be make it more clear.
