Clean, friendly has everything we could need and want for our weekend !!

The property was a great location it was located very close to beaches,restaurants and shopping centers The check in was very smooth and the person that check us was very polite and informative. They allowed us to check in early

The water pressure was too low and it was not hot enough. They need to buy better toilet paper it was very rough on the skin.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness impressed me the most. Next came the comfort of the king-size bed. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially Trudy. The breakfast was satisfactory. Eggs seemed to be the powder based type, not from chickens. Sausage patties were great, as were the waffles. I especially enjoyed the banana nut waffles. Cereal, danishes, muffins, and bread were also offered. Coffee, apple juice and unsweetened orange juice for liquids. I left full both mornings. Breakfast is offered 6am-9am and seemed busiest around 8:00. I would definitely stay here again.

Trivial, but a TV for weather, etc. would have been nice in the breakfast area. The only one was on the other side of the building in the lounge area, not intended to be watched from where we sat.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly; they were busy, yes, so exercising a little patience is necessary, but who's not busy nowadays? Nothing beyond the norm that felt rude or negligent. Very sweet people who helped us with every detail of our stay. Booking.com actually had a miscommunication with their computer system in filing our booking (we booked a King single room, and their system showed we'd booked a double queen) They switched us to a King room instead with Zero fuss, and we were perfectly comfortable! The breakfast was actually very nice for a continental breakfast. Simple staples, but better than average meats that were cooked in small batches (yeah we might have had to wait a bit for those eggs and sausage one morning, but we were in no rush, and it was great when it came out hot!). The location!! Oh my goodness, the location was within 10 minutes of EVERYTHING you could want to do, and if you're there for the beach, go to Henderson State Park, just six minutes away. GORGEOUS!

The rooms are very nice and the bed is comfy. I love the size of the tv, football fan.

The shower was not as expected. It’s more of a hairstylist head for a beauty shop or home sink. It doesn’t have an pressure for proper showering not is the water hot. Other than that the bathroom is nice.

Jemaine was wonderful! I arrived a day early due to Hurricane Milton....Although I had called the day before to request an additional night--and had been told my reservation was guaranteed-- Jemaine had to tell me to they were full! I had a complete meltdown as I had been in the car 14 hours!! He spoke to his Manager and arranged a room that was not rent-able due to a broken TV. I was able to stay in the room the next day till my room was ready... moved to a room on thr same floor....seamless move!! Every time I went by the desk, Jemaine or Tulse spoke to me......by name!! I felt like a valued person not "just a customer"! I will be back...and I hope to see Jemaine and Tulsa!

The system takes your reservation and early afternoon of the day you are to check in, automatically runs your card. Unfortunately, in my case, the Card I had used had been compromised and a new card issued. As I did not realize this, once my card was declined, my reservation was canceled.....leaving ne without a reservation!! If not for Jemaine--and his help, I would have been lost! HE IS AN ASSET TO COMFIRT SUITES!!

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was clean and the breakfast was decent for our family.

Great location, only one street off 98. Road is tree lined next to a gated community and golf course. Easy to get to shopping and dining. You could walk to most places, even the beach!

Generally, the room was very clean, but the staff need to be more thorough cleaning corners, nooks, and crannies. Also, although we checked out a day early, for some reason the desk staff did not record that, so we received a call the following day after check out time. It was easily resolved, but we would have thought that turning in the keys would have been sufficient. (To be clear, we enjoyed our stay.)

The location is in a very safe and upscale area. Only 1.9 miles to Crab Trap Beach (Crystal Sands), which was easily walkable. The hotel just being 3 months old. The fresh lemon water available in lobby. A nice size TV in room. Attentiveness of front desk was nice, just ask.

Rooms are already showing wear. Black marks on floor tile, spills on wall, leaking tub faucet, and nicks/marks on walls. Smoke detector in room kept blinking first night, and kept me awake. Told front desk next morning. Housekeeping changed battery. On second night the same thing happened. Went to front desk, again. They said Maintenance man would fix it. They did fix it. Breakfast was just average, until third day. Really had better quality hot choice and pastries after that. Should have had room cleaned after third night. Was NOT done, had to request sheets and change myself, dump trash, etc. Overall needs preventative maintenance inspections to keep this nice location top notch
