I visited Fairfield for my birthday weekend. It was my first time staying at a Fairfield and I must say I definitely will stay again . Upon arrival Kerri-Ann was so sweet and answered any questions I had . She even checked in on me to see how my stay was going . I thought that was very thoughtful of her. The hotel itself was nice and clean !!!! You could smell the cleaners when you entered and I like that. The room was nice and to my liking everything worked and I did not have a problem whatsoever my entire stay! I liked how the house keeping cleaned and made the bed while I was out site seeing Destin! I came back and was very gracious to how WONDERFUL! The staff there is . Breakfast was good and my son and I loved the pool! If you're every in the Destin , FL area I highly recommend you staying!! You will love it!

Location, very clean

Everything was great, staff was nice and friendly. During our stay the outdoor pool was too cold to swim in because of the weather but the indoor pool was too hot because of a sunburn nothing really negative to say other than just our one experience with the pools. We loved the location it was perfect, it was right in the middle of everything but in a place where it wasn't very crowded it was nice to be able to drive 5 to 10 minutes down the road to anything we wanted.

Perfect location. Right across from beach access. Very clean and nice. The indoor pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was very good every day. The room was very spacious. We will be back here in the future.

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows on the bed. I think ? they were feather pillows, but they were pretty flat. Other than that, everything was awesome. We had one issue when we first got there with the air conditioner in the room not cooling, but they switched us rooms right away, and the second room was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near Henderson State Park. Ample parking is available for guests. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. I particularly appreciated that the hotel didn't have a damp or musty smell, as I dislike that.

The room was small, and the breakfast offered was rather ordinary. It feels like every hotel serves the same generic breakfast these days. The hot dishes seemed artificial and lacked the authentic taste of scrambled eggs, patties, and sausages. I'm uncertain about the ingredients used because they didn't resemble their usual flavors. Additionally, the TV HDMI was locked, preventing me from using it as an external monitor for work or entertaining the kids with my AFTV. Furthermore, the internet TV available on the TV had a limited selection of apps.

I liked the overall location. The staff were great. The room was good, comfortable and clean for the most part. The breakfast was also good.

There was a leftover sock on the floor and the table the TV sat on was dusty. Also, the WiFi was terrible and the TV’s need to be updated to have airplay from phones. YouTube on the TV was near unwatchable because the internet was bad.

Great location, across the street from the beach. Room was clean and the staff were all super friendly.

Could use some more or brighter lighting in the front room. It was kind of dark.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the pool area.

The breakfast room was a little too cold and your food got cold before you finished eating. Was not told that we had to pay for WiFi. Was just told that you had it. Also, on our bill, there were two items that we did not purchase. We never purchased anything from the store at Fairfield. We called several times with no answer. The phone just rang and rang and then it would hang up. Finally getting someone to answer the phone, I was asked to hold. I said, "OK". Instead of coming back to the phone, the phone hung up. I did not call back again. Will try again tomorrow.

Love, love the location and the beds are very comfortable. Room was spacious. Beautiful hotel.

Breakfast could be better, specifically the eggs.

Great Location for exploring Destin (we were there mainly to shop at see the New Year's Eve fireworks at Baytowne Wharf). It was a quick stop so thought this would be nothing more than a transit hotel. It was much more pleasant than that. Very walm welcome and even got us a reduced room rate at check-in! Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and restocked almost immediately. Staff were all very friendly, just couldn't fault it. Parking was also easy.
