The staff was extremely friendly! Welcoming and accommodating at all times. The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't. Nice room and great location on the Bay with a beautiful view!

The bathroom wasn't clean, dirty shower and some mold on the ceiling but there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so lots of moisture builds up so the mold is going to happen.

Good location for easy airport access. Heather was fantastic checking us in. Friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good for hotel-type offerings, and the breakfast area is inviting with spectacular bay views.

The room condition was ok but not fabulous. Bedding was very good. The bathroom is older feeling. Toilet took forever to refill. Rust on tank connector.

I stay here everytime I come to FWB - my parents live in assisted living near by - so the location is ideal. The facility - although it looks new is tending towards the older side - they have done a good job of keeping up but it could use a little love. The breakfast is what you would expect - typical continental breakfast. The view, for breakfast, is really nice. The heated pool is also nice.

The breakfast hour ends too early for me - for folks that are trying to get some sleep from a cross country flight - its a little constricting.

Breakfast was very sparce,not much of a variety. The location for our visit was excellent,very centrally located for where we needed to be did not disappoint.

The hot water was not working properly, which we where informed about upon our arrival but the way it was explained to us thought it would have been fixed that day it was still not fixed when we left.

I loved the view of the bay from my room and how clean the property was. Everything was in good distance.

There was nothing to say negatively. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Full breakfast was great to have. The balcony view was beautiful and noise level very low. I loved having the convenience of a kitchenette for the supplies we brought with us. The front desk staff was superb, especially Jackie who checked us in. She told us about the area, things to do and places to eat. We appreciated her very much!

The only issue I had was the bed. It was very hard and I did not sleep well the entire stay. Even my husband said his back was a little sore and he can usually adjust to any bed.

I was leaving Florida and this provided us comfortable place stay during the move.

Everything was Great

Location was convenient. Breakfast was convenient.
