The breakfast was exceptional!! We booked this location because of the reviews of the breakfast, and the real thing did not disappoint. It was delicious and the breakfast staff went above and beyond in their cheerful service. Jeannie at the front desk is really responsible for our great experience. She took a bad personal experience we had encountered and turned it into a huge blessings. They even pop popcorn in the afternoon and serve cookies!! We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing could have made it a better stay. The staff was wonderful, the food was delightful and the room was so comfortable. And, bonus, it was a terrific place to work!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The pool was clean and heated! The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I needed a shuttle to airport and they got me one. And he was excellent! The name of the shuttle is Zimmer Airport Shuttle. My stay was great!

I thought the price was a bit high, but I need to remember that I am from Pennsylvania and this is a touristy beach town so I guess it wasnt all that bad.

Location was perfect for my trip. Breakfast offered a variety.

I had received email before arrival asking if I needed special requests. I emailed back, I would prefer walk-in shower due to mobility concerns. I didn't hear back from customer service and Information was not relayed to front desk. If this service isn't available, don't offer.

Staff very attentive. Very. Clean. Kitchen staff went over and above to accommodate my spouse who does not eat eggs or pork and grandson who does no pork. They went in the kitchen and fixed them some turkey sausage. The bathroom has a ventilation fan which so many do not. Best hotel stay in have had in a while. Very good value too.

Breakfast was exceptional and location was convenient for family visit. Facility has been recently redone and is very well decorated with fine furniture and beds. Upon arrival origin room was too small, Jeannie Guest Manager arranged for an free upgrade and complimentary beverage. All staff was exception from desk, cleaning, kitchen can't say enough good things about them. Very cheery and positive attitudes.

The breakfast was delicious. Lots to choose from,!, Great coffee as well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful . They are an asset to your company.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was one the best I've seen in a long time, lots of hot items and well stocked, coffee was strong and hot :) Pool looked great but we weren't there long enough to enjoy. Close to airport (main reason for choosing this location).

There wasn't anything I could comment on that needed improving.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff in cafeteria was incredible, the breakfast was really good.

Maybe just the coffee maker in the bathroom, but I not even use it

I was charged a substantial amount over my booking price just verify and don’t let them scan your card more then once.

i like that it was near the beach

i did not like that my room was upstairs in the second floor and that they don’t have elevator ,me and my husband have to bring the big cooler up and it was not fun ,that was very inconvenient also that me and my sister room were in a different building because the staff could not get us a room together in the same building and we were sharing the cooler to eat sandwiches
