The view, lazy river, pool and indoor pool. Except they closed at 10pm. Close to Aquarium & Boardwalk as well as the pier to fish off.

We didn't know there was a game room there until the day before we left, for the price of food in the restaurant on location was too high. My daughter and granddaughter are three different dishes they didn't like and didn't send back to the kitchen when they ordered. Pool was closed too early on weekends. I was there for two weekends during my stay. Had to order door dash after 10pm to eat when we returned from our outings.

Location is great, love walking down the beach to the boardwalk. Hotel both inside and out is clean and kept clean. 5th floor has amazing views! Breakfast buffet good. I like how the hot items were changed up so its not the same thing every morning. Sharing the amenities between Holiday Inn and the Hilton is awesome as well.

Most staff were nice, but some of the staff could be a little more friendly and personable. Pool was freezing cold. We usually stay in the summer, but many days it was 90° outside, so im not sure how it was that cold every day. I realize it's a family hotel, and I have kids myself, but maybe post somewhere to NOT slam doors at all hours of the day and night. It may have been adults slamming doors, but on vacation we want to sleep in, not be scared awake due to slammed doors. Maybe think of Happy Hour for drinks?? Or lower price for the kids? Special cup or something? Kids love to get the virgin drinks/milkshakes, but are disappointed when they cost 15 for 1 drink.

It was our second time here. We visited 5 years ago with 2 of our little children, now we have 3. It is very family friendly, clean, the restaurant was amazing, servers with excellent customer service skills, and the food 5*. We liked it 5 years ago and now we love it even more! I could not believe how good and affordable the food was. You get 2 free kids meal with one adult order. Amazing! Breakfast was included in our price, and was also excellent. Pool and lazy river clean, tiki bar and food outside, can also use Hilton hotel facilities. We did not get to go eat there, time was short, we were there for 4 night, checked out and stayed until 4 pm and enjoyed the beach which was turquoise, clear every day! Everything was amazing and very convenient, great location, minutes to all activities. If you are looking for a family friendly resort, this is the one!

I wish they would offer beach service for drinks and food. They would for sure have more sells. The beach chairs were $49/ day, but this is not part of the hotel. We had our own, as we live only 4 hrs away.

The breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. The staff was great all the time. The outside of building was well maintained aswell as the inside appear clean.

Need pancakes on the breakfast buffet, The pool needs the water movement turned up so you can float and germs/ bacteria stay away. The tubes needed to be sanitize but no one sprayed Anything to clean them, plus the lounge chairs needed to be sanitize aswell daily. All types of unclean individuals be laying on them chairs & on the tubes. Ewww. We wanted to stayed another day because my wife birthday was on check day. I ask the clerk at front could she maybe help us out. The price she quoted was higher then price online with booking. Com who we used to reserve our rooms. Then the hotel next door was 200.00 cheaper. She didn't even try to price match. We already paid $1,650 for 3 days wtf. Smh. So we left and went next door got a room for another day. Sad

I loved EVERYTHING about my stay.....I came to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend. The workers are very friendly. The room was beautiful with the ocean view......I received a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday....everything was great....I will be coming back

It was nothing I didnt like

We had a lot of incidents with first responders at hotel. People trapped in elevator, fire alarm, and a lady was having a medical episode. One of the staff at front desk was very rude and out loud told her supervisor that I asked a dumb question. Basically I was asking about the fees and she told me they were going to charge me taxes again.

We loved everything, we had an exceptional stay ! The hotel was so fun, staff and service were exceptional. Also, everything was so clean and beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. We wanted for nothing during our stay, we will be back !

This was a very family, friendly location. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price it was a little steep.

Location was perfect, amenities were great, lots to do for families.

The bathroom was not up to my expectations. The toilet seat was scratched or scuffed making it appear like it wasn't clean. The toilet paper holder was rusty, there were holes in the wall where an old towel rack was. The hairdryer blew up, however the front desk was very helpful at getting us a new hairdryer.

The restaurant was very good. Quality food with a very good variety. The staff was fantastic and our room and it’s location was wonderful.

The only complaint is that you have to pay to park and the tub in the bathroom had some rust around the base of it. I would think they should take care of that based on how fresh and clean the rest of the facilities and the room was
