The staff was so wonderful. Carrie checked us in and was extremely welcoming. All the staff smile and greet you. They're really, really lovely. We haven't come to expect much from large chain hotels, but this was hands down the cleanest we've stayed at. No weird mystery stains in the room or signs of neglect. Kuddos to the housekeeping staff. It was impressive. The room was large and well thought out. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast. It was always fully stocked. Parking here is free and easy to access. We were visiting our son at Hurlburt Field and the location couldn't have been better for that. So impressed with this hotel.

The pillows and bed are hotel standard. Pillows were super flat and the bed was bouncy. This is basically what I expected, it's just never great, and not unique to this hotel.

Breakfast was great! Probably one of the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. The lady working the desk the 1st 2 days we were there was great and so helpful. The guy our last day not so much. But room was beautiful and hotel very nice.

The drive over the bridges to get to the beaches, but that’s not really a bad for the hotel just an inconvenience. Surrounding food is pretty bad too and limited. Again not on the hotel. Other than the rude guy our last day, our stay was great.

It was clean comfortable and located away from the main traffic streets, yet it was still close enough for easy access.The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the breakfast staff.we loved everything about the Hotel

Everything.... it's a great facility. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was an actual breakfast. The pool was actually in order. Every other place we stayed at in the past, it was always out of service.

Breakfast was very nice. We stayed for 2 nites and both mornings there were great choices and all appliances worked for a wonderful Waffle.

I don't judge, I was very pleased with what was offered and enjoyed both morning breakfasts, Thank You.

Clean, well thought rooms and breakfast was amazing. Ms Bartley manager and Ms Carrie assistant manager was very friendly and compassionate. We came because of sick family member in the hospital.

Front desk staff were excellent!! I arrived before check-in time and she had a room ready for me. She was very helpful. Thanks for a great beginning of a good stay!!

a little loud being close to the lobby… we asked for a different room if possible but since we didn’t book through Hampton attendant didn’t allow for it

The whole site was very clean and comfortable I enjoyed that.

I was there on business just one day when I got there, to check in I was met with an interrogation by the gentleman with glasses behind the counter it wasn't pleasant whatsoever. Almost made me feel like I wasn't welcome I was really close to just going to another place saying forget about it. That kind of put me in a bad mood for the rest of my stay but the property was clean when I left the lady in the morning was extremely pleasant I wish I would have met her at the beginning, the housekeeping was extremely polite and pleasant. So my night began terrible but ended fantastic because of the people you had during the morning just little work on this check-in experience I don't really care to be interrogated.
