Very clean hotel, family-friendly, the lobby is nicely designed and decorated, safe for our kids who loved making friends and hanging out with them in the lobby. We could see our children from any angle in the lobby. We liked the size of the room and amenities in it, the beds and pillows were cozy and comfortable, the hand soap and body wash were gentle on the skin and their lemon scent very refreshing and uplifting. We traveled with two cats and the room was big enough for them to play. The staff was friendly, very helpful and hardworking.

The front desk staff worked too many things at the same time which made them not immediately available for guests checking in or out. However, once they are there at the front desk, they check you in/out in a breeze. Also, we didn’t like that the room window does not open for fresh air to come in , especially for a stay of more than 2 nights.

Very clean .. nice breakfast area .. loved that the hotel was non-smoking . Also it was as fun playing pool in the lobby area.

I booked the hotel bc it had a no pet policy listed on the website which I quickly found was NOT TRUE. That was very disappointing bc I booked the property for that reason . Also I was told there would be an extra $50 per night deposit added to my reservation price which was not listed on the website . I booked the hotel for 10 nights .That would have added $500 hold on my bank card . Very disappointing.

Room size. For the most part it was clean. I did see what looked like wig hair on one of the posts used to hang items. I did not see it until we had been checked in for hours.

I wish the price was better, but I know it was near a holiday. Also, the hanging posts need to be checked when cleaning (wig hair).The breakfast was lacking in the "hot" items. The pancake cooker was fine, but I think the roller type toaster is needed, and more choices than a microwaveable sausage-egg-cheese croissant is needed for hot items.

The rooms were nice and spacious. In addition, the facilities were clean and the employees were kind and helpful. We also really enjoyed the pool table. We had a lot of fun as a family playing pool with each other.

The breakfast was really carb heavy. Although I an not necessarily a keto person, I do like to have some legitimate meat at breakfast time.

It was very clean, smelled good, and beds were very comfortable.

For the amount we paid for the room it should’ve had microwave in the room, and the breakfast could have been better, I mean cold hard boiled eggs, no bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and no cereal etc.

Comfortable, clean, good staff, and great breakfast love the pressure of hot water from shower.

A couple of lights in room were out. Needs some of the corners in bathroom clean- a little bit of mold. And fan was not working in bathroom.

I liked the design and look of the property, it was conveniently close to a lot of popular destinations and restaurants; also the complimentary breakfast was delicious with good variety.

Rooms, hotel and breakfast were very nice.

The smell of the cleaning products used in the rooms is way to overpowering and strong. It is headache/migraine inducing.

Nice room! Bathroom was well stocked with shampoo and conditioner and soap!!!!! Great!

Mattress was a little too soft! Could have been more comfortable!

The only thing I didn't like was that booking didn't sat anything about the $100 deposit and the guy who checked us out was very rude. He was more concerned about sweeping the lobby than helping us. He was not nice and didn't say hello goodbye or anything
