Quieter location, close to everything. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and secure. Beds were comfortable. When we got there our TV was not connecting to wifi, but they quickly gave us a new room down the hall. We were able to do basic cooking in our room, a 2-burner stove, no oven, but a full-sized refrigerator. They do not offer a breakfast, but they have a little store where you can buy a few things. I would recommend planning on eating out for the most part. The outdoor pool was small, but pleasant. We would stay there again.

The room was clean and really comfy. Way better than other inns near by. We loved the mattress and the pillows. My pups also loved the bed to rest. There is a mini dog park & beach across the road in Liza Jackson park. It is small bur really beautiful. Recommend to visit there. Chicken in the egg right next to the park serves the best breakfast. Also, the receptionist who we met when checking in, she was cool.

The Fort Walton Area is really pricy. I just thought the price is for safety. The crime rate of Ft Walton is quite high, but while staying here, we felt safe. One thing weird is... idk why.. some body took the Animal Friend Inside magnet on the door. I really don't understand why people steal such stuff. Anyway we had to ask for it at the front desk. Also other random guest put their garbage bag in front of our room door. Please have common courtesy.

I was charged 48 hours prior my arrival date. my reservations stated I could pay at property. when I call to see why I was charged I was told it was their policy to secure the reservation. This was not noted anywhere on Booking.com site. I would have used another method of payment if this was specified at time of booking.

This is a new building. Very well kept both inside and out. Bonus - free use of laundry facilities. Attractively decorated. Generous sized dog walk area. Pool, loungers, shelter with table & chairs as well as barbecue facilities. Although on the busy Miracle Parkway it is almost directly across from the Lisa Jackson waterside Park. Lots of shopping nearby. Accessibility is built in with some rooms having special equipment for the hearing impaired. Doors all 36" wide. Kitchens feature full sized fridges.

Heavy traffic at times.

Our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. I have no complaints. It was our 35 wedding anniversary and my birthday. They us a gift bag and was so kind. Will definitely stay again.

I loved the fact that there was an area to cook with a large refrigerator! I was also impressed with the bigger container of Dove products! We really enjoyed the grill!

There was a few strands of hair in the tub. I wasn’t pleased with the manager or whoever she was coming out and stand behind the receptionist to here what we were discussing. Maybe sh was in training 🤷🏽‍♀️

Close to everything we needed, the beach was less than 10 mins away. They don't serve breakfast, but with the kitchenette, we were able to make our own. The area wasn't what I expected but it was quiet and safe. The staff was courteous and accommodating. I have no negatives and didn't encounter any issues.

Shower pressure wasn't the greatest, but that's a personal preference.

The staff was amazing. They were all so helpful and if had any questions or concerns they were taken care of quickly.

The room was clean and spacious. Like the kitchenette. Lots of parking spaces. The parking lot was clean and so were the grounds.

I didn't like that it was a pet friendly hotel although I didn't hear any dogs barking. The door to the rooms was hard to closed. You could hear the doors from the other rooms being closed. You could hear the people in the next room. The front desk staff lack personality. The housekeeping staff was friendly. In the future smart tvs in the rooms would be nice. Pet friendly hotels should be all tile or hardwood. There was a rug in the bedroom area.
