The Hotel and the room over exceeded my expectations. The room was a large size with two queen beds. The room and the entire hotel smelled and looked clean, Very impressed with the cleanliness of Quality Inn. The staff was friendly, and breakfast consisted of Sausage and Gravy, Eggs, Biscuits, fruit, waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels, coffee, and juice. The breakfast was hot and good. The beach area was very nice and I really enjoyed sitting on the beach and watching the sunset. I would highly recommend and will be coming back in the future.

The chairs in the room could be more comfortable hard to get out of sits a little too low for me.

Good location ,staff was awesome.room was clean and loved that it was located so close to the water. The access to a beach was very convenient. Although small, it was never too busy, and I was able to enjoy it several times during my stay.

The pool was not open until the day I left. Was disappointed, for I am a water baby.The breakfast could use help ,very small. Needs more variety,could use the counter space that the drinks were on. We have traveled a lot, and this was the worst breakfast we ever came across. Other than these two issues, we very much enjoyed our stay.

I liked that the bay was right out back and you can watch all the boats coming and going. Also like the pool in the middle of the property very clean pool.

I know it most likely wasn’t the staffs fault but when we arrived to our room we didn’t notice at first but when we turned the tv on there was nothing playing and the remote didn’t work to the tv. After 3 employees later we finally found out the person before use stole the tv box and the other remote. I was just really confused because I thought they did a check of all the items in the room after check out.

Jazmine at the front desk has outstanding customer friendly service, and she welcomed us with a warm, genuine smile and addressed our concerns immediately.. we observed her interactions and handling a number of task at the same time and with awesome delivery of professionalism and support to and for the guest at the front counter, in the lobby, and on the phone Pleasantly. The breakfast had an awesome spread, BUT sausage was heated up in the microwave and thrown in the warmer to serve ourselves. The sausages were frozen and a little warm on the edges, and I waited 15 minutes for eggs and biscuits. Eggs were wet, and biscuits also shouldn't have been put on the breakfast bar. There was 1 apple available for fresh fruit and spills in numerous areas of the dining area. The waffle batter was way watery. The gentleman who was handling the breakfast service seemed frustrated and overwhelmed . We threw away what we had in our hands and went to a nearby breakfast spot.

I travel a lot, so I have had plenty hotel experiences. This was by far one of the best, especially for the price. It has been recently renovated, meaning there is new flooring throughout and freshly painted walls. The service was phenomenal. Towels and other items were provided whenever requested. The continental breakfast was good.

I loved everything about this hotel.

We had requested an ocean front but ended up having an ocean view. My husbands side of the king bad had broken down and he felt like he was going to fall out of it each night. This was on the 2nd level on Room 227 0r 225. The maid should notice this each time she makes the bed and should have indicated that the bed mattress or box spring or both needed replacing.

Breakfast wasn't good. Stuff was cold and very limited.

Very large, spacious room. Plenty of parking and easy access to the side of the building where my room was from outside.

The water pressure was non existent! It was like using a beach shower when it was running out of water. The women at the front desk both evening and morning were nonchalant and lacked any real customer service. The rudeness and “I’ll get to it” attitude is visible.

I enjoyed the pool area in my experiences of going to hotels well I wasn't expecting a 9ft pool needless to say my mind was blown overall wonderful experience.

The only problem I had was with the toilet it takes a good minute for it to flush but other than that that's the only thing I'd improve.

“Great hotel with great service" Great place to stay while on this area. Check inn and out was easy. The hotel and room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Food was hot and fresh with options. Boats and Jet skis are available for rent which was great. You will definitely love this hotel!!!!!!!
