The view from our balcony was incredible!

Maybe a little better furniture in the room such as chairs.

Loved our view and roomy balcony. Very much enjoyed the well manicured grounds and the credit back each day to be used at the restaurant! That really came in handy when we wanted a snack or did not want to drive anywhere.

The property in general (buildings) were a little dated but I am not arguing since the cost and location easily made up for it. Also one big negative, was that I saw NO security the entire time. It would have been a nice presence for the guests.

Great location, nice amenities, friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing views

Property was older but updated nicely and well kept grounds. Pools were a bit small and for the size of the grounds could have been larger.

the location is amazing and surrounded by fun things to do and great places to eat. beach staff is amazing and work their butts off.

we arrived at 11am after being told we could check in early. we drove 12 hours straight. we got there and Booking.com messed up our reservation so we didn’t have a room available. the staff kindly got us a room booked but we never got to check in until 4:30 which is 30 minutes later than regular check in. they wouldn’t discount anything or comp a breakfast or anything for the inconvenience. the girls at the front desk were very nice and sweet and really tried to make the best of it for us. I’ve stayed there twice now and am never disappointed so I will definitely come back.

The beach access was closed, wish we had been informed before booking.

We had a suite overlooking the Gulf which was amazing, a minute walk from our room to the beach. Breakfast was average, but good. Love the welcome drink. Staff was pleasant.

Didn’t understand the point of giving us a $25 credit per day when they turned around and charged us $25 a day for a destination fee, made no sense. Pool by the ocean was down, would have been nice to enjoy the pool next to our building. No access to parking garage as the hotel was waiting on sprinkler work, understandable yet an inconvenience nonetheless. No drink glasses in the room, just 2 paper cups.

No grips on the bathtub floor making it very slippery. Limited staff (2 employees in restaurant) waited over an hour and they had no coffee. I expected limited staff as it was the holiday season, but if you are offering breakfast included in the price of the room you should make sure you can provide it. Could not redeem the $25 towards food and beverage due to lack of service.

I liked the room. It was very clean , spacious and comfortable. Visited many beaches in Destin. They were awesome but I loved our own hotels beach the most. It was much more than my expectations

Elevators look very old and weary. They need maintenance. Also I wish the beachside restaurant had few more snacks/ food options.
