The view from our balcony was incredible!

Maybe a little better furniture in the room such as chairs.

Loved our view and roomy balcony. Very much enjoyed the well manicured grounds and the credit back each day to be used at the restaurant! That really came in handy when we wanted a snack or did not want to drive anywhere.

The property in general (buildings) were a little dated but I am not arguing since the cost and location easily made up for it. Also one big negative, was that I saw NO security the entire time. It would have been a nice presence for the guests.

Property was older but updated nicely and well kept grounds. Pools were a bit small and for the size of the grounds could have been larger.

The Breakfast reception guy - his behavior and greeting was not welcoming

the location is amazing and surrounded by fun things to do and great places to eat. beach staff is amazing and work their butts off.

we arrived at 11am after being told we could check in early. we drove 12 hours straight. we got there and Booking.com messed up our reservation so we didn’t have a room available. the staff kindly got us a room booked but we never got to check in until 4:30 which is 30 minutes later than regular check in. they wouldn’t discount anything or comp a breakfast or anything for the inconvenience. the girls at the front desk were very nice and sweet and really tried to make the best of it for us. I’ve stayed there twice now and am never disappointed so I will definitely come back.

The setup of the room was nice along with an in-room fridge. The view was great! The hotel grounds were beautiful and clean. All the restaurants were clean and everyone was friendly. Parking wasn't terrible.

The balcony chairs were missing a couple of pieces on the bottom so they were not very stable. The water pressure and the tub draining were very poor. The doors slam closed. When people would come or go late at night it would wake us.

We had a suite overlooking the Gulf which was amazing, a minute walk from our room to the beach. Breakfast was average, but good. Love the welcome drink. Staff was pleasant.

Didn’t understand the point of giving us a $25 credit per day when they turned around and charged us $25 a day for a destination fee, made no sense. Pool by the ocean was down, would have been nice to enjoy the pool next to our building. No access to parking garage as the hotel was waiting on sprinkler work, understandable yet an inconvenience nonetheless. No drink glasses in the room, just 2 paper cups.

The beach access was closed, wish we had been informed before booking.
