The Best Western location was just right. It was so close by the bridge that goes to Navarre Beach that we would go to the beach, then go back to the room, eat lunch, and then go back to the beach. The hotel pool was clean and heated. The staff was pleasant. Although the hotel stated "limited" breakfast, it was more than limited. It was a full breakfast with sausage, bacon, potatoes, toast, biscuits, muffins, hot and cold cereals, and plenty of good coffee and juices!!! The room was a good size and the cleaning personnel came early so that by the time we returned from the beach for lunch, the room was clean and our towels were restocked each day. The beds were comfy and the shower was great.

I do wish the floors in the room were LVP and not carpet, especially when we returned from the beach dripping wet.

The location was nice and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hotel for being older was in decent shape. The staff was nice. The housekeepers were super friendly, and the room was clean.

The swimming pool was my biggest issue. It seemed cloudy and dirty every evening. I realize that with temperatures changing and the amount of people in the pool, it's hard to regulate the chlorine. But I never saw anyone checking the water either.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable fluffy smelled laundered and inviting. The pillows were great. The water pressure was awesome. My best friend and I felt extremely safe as female travelers at this property. The breakfast was a great egg potatoes, meat biscuits, gravy, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice, the pool was clean and sparkly. They had nice Adirondack chairs sitting on the bay and at 6:30 every night they light to fire their fire pit. There’s also a covered lanai and barbecue grill but just charcoal if you choose to grill, along with a couple cornhole games. The air conditioner worked great in our room. Alan at the front desk was terrific. We loved him. This hotel is located directly across the street from Winn-Dixie and a couple other eateries and fast food restaurants. I like this so much. I booked another another five nights for October before even leaving.

I loved everything about this property

The location was perfect. Close enough to the beach that it wasn't but a 5 minute drive. It was also waterfront, had a fire pit and chairs nearby. Fast food was right across the street and watersports were next door.

It looked like someone just took a shower before we got it. The mirrors were fogged up, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were pretty much empty. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but thats personal preference.

The breakfast was wonderful.The lady in charge of the breakfast was very nice,organized,and kept everything filled.Breakfast had eggs, sausage, gravy, muffins, fruit ,yogurt, french toast sticks, potatoes, cereal, juice, coffee, so many choices.

Nothing My room was large and very clean. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants in walking distance. Lots of parking and beautiful views of the water. A park is a short distance down the road that is amazing for the children. The check-in was easy and everyone who worked the desk was great.

I love everything about this property, the location, the staff, it’s clean. It feels safe and the breakfast in morning is nice.

The beds are uncomfortable, but when asked, I was told they are getting all new mattresses in the next few months. So by next day, they will have brand new mattresses. Problems solved. I stayed at the same property in June and the room we had that stay. The mattresses are much more comfortable than this day. But I’m glad to know they will be getting new ones soon.

The staff was excellent- informative - friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was good. The rooms were excessively clean. I’m actually disappointed I had to leave and the spend the rest of the week at a condo. The pool was clean and easily accessible. Very easily accessible for people in walkers/wheel chairs. It’s a smoke free facility but they have designated areas to take your breaks if you need that. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will be back. I can’t understand why this place is only a 3 star stay. 5 stays all the way!

I have zero complaints.

The views are fantastic, the beds are comfy, everything is so clean the staff is so friendly breakfast is amazing! Elevator is accommodating for every floor and the pool is CLEAN well maintained and they have the cutest patio to have picnics and a bonfire spot by the beach plus and available bbq grill

the rooms are SO clean we accidentally got bleach on my shirt when we checked in early! Haha not complaining about clean though.

Exceptional hospitality by all the staff! Breakfast was excellent, delicious and well prepared by Mary and Dani. A very clean breakfast area, with a beautiful view of the ocean! A great quality of bath towels! A great location, to travel and explore the Panhandle! We stayed 2 weeks, we definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we will be back! Thank you Mary, Dani, Yvette, CJ, and all the staff!

We had to come home...

The staff in the location was beautiful. I loved every bit of it.

When we got there, my bathroom was dirty tub was filthy But I had someone to come clean it the next day when we left and came back, they didn’t make the beds or nothing to added more towels to the room. I’m the type of person who like my room clean daily, but I didn’t receive it until I asked for it and I stayed four days
