Excellent location, since we were between Pensacola am rosemary beach, this hotel in fort Walton beach was perfect for us.

Our bathroom was a bit dirty, I asked front desk to clean it and they did some cleaning, but rooms are comfortable and clean.

Upon checking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I entered my room to find that it was very clean and nice I would recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like the breakfast I felt like instead of trying to be fancy-schmancy with a pancake maker that didn’t work a regular waffle iron would have been good. The sausage were too greasy. The orange juice was watery and needed to be change. I also think you need a better selection of breakfast other than that I would stay again.

Great location around multiple restaurants and fast food places, and isn’t that far from the beach or from roadways leading to bigger cities surrounding. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. The building was well kept inside and out, and the room size was more than average for the king size bed—I was extremely impressed by that alone. In the shower, they also provide actual nice branded shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel which is an added bonus. For sure would stay here again next time I need a hotel in the area.

Central location, walking distance to anything ( retail stores, restaurants, grocery stores)

No hot water for showers, No fresh fruits for breakfast, (Bananas or Oranges)

The location is good, the room was really clean and the staff was very nice and attentive

Check in was seamless, quick and efficient. Matthew was very friendly and made sure that I felt welcome. Took less than 5 minutes to get all set up with the room, hotel info and keys. Really set the stay off on the right foot !

The continental breakfast was good but not great. The coffee in the rooms was tasty, but since I drink a lot of coffee, there were insufficient quantities in my opinion.

the price for the hotel was a little too much. I requested an extra night and it was way more than just a regular night. I ended staying somewhere else for a way better place. cheaper and closer to the beach.

The breakfast was good, the sausage looked weird? kinda grey? It was turkey sausage which is fine, but it just looked weird. Staff was very nice. Location for us was great,we had a baseball World series tournament and everyone else stayed in Destin and had a bit of a drive to field we had 4 mins!

Well our last night we had no hot water, and the next morning either. I told the girl at desk she said oh so sorry, I think they were working on the water? I know it was hot outside but I really didn't want a cold shower. Also I guess that during our stay they only empty trash and give you towels? I could tell the floors hadn't been swept because I could feel sand on them from our flip flops.

The hotel manager and her staff were welcoming, available, accommodating. Makes a difference for sure. The breakfast hostess presented a wonderful spread each morning. Thank you.

Perhaps a little more attention given to a true cleaning of the bathroom between guest stays.

They provided me with extra linens as requested so that I was comfortable. This was due to my phobia with staying in hotels. The front desk host saboyya(?spelling) was excellent, friendly and extremely helpful .

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave a day early but was unable to get a refund or credit for a stay at another time because I booked through booking.com. I sent an email friday night to inform them of my need to leave early and was directed to discuss this with hotel which i was informed by the host that i would have to discuss any changes with the third party based on how i booked my room.
