I love this hotel... Great location and amenities... The bartender and little restaurant on the main floor was fantastic. Personnel were all very kind and professional...

Ice machine on our floor wasn't working. Only one of the two elevators were working but later found out it was damaged by a guest and since it was the 4th of July holiday, I'm sure it was hard to get someone there to fix it. Showers at the pool coming off the beach weren't working either, but none of it spoiled our trip. Stayed there last year too, but had a full beach view, this year we could only get a partial view, but we did make our reservations at the last minute...

We really enjoyed our time spent with Rachel at the bar near the pool. She was very kind and friendly. She was very accommodating to everyone that came into the area and has a wonderful personality. We are pizza snobs and the pizza that was create pool side was much better than we had hoped for.

Having a balcony off the room and having just steps to the beach with no restricted view from the room. We have paid less for these options.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The ladies at the front desk were always so friendly and helpful to me with all my questions, and I really appreciated that. The hotel is true "beachfront", and has a restaurant on the main lobby, and also a pizza restaurant by the pool which overlooks the beautiful ocean. I went to the restaurant in the lobby a few times and the food was always delicious, especially their breakfast, and very convenient being onsite. You also have the option to rent beach chairs which I did as well. There are also many restuarants close enough to just walk over to which I did. I also loved the onsite garage parking which really helped those hot summer days, and security was always there monitoring the parking lot so I felt very safe overall. My room was decorated nicely, with a good view of the ocean, and was more than enough space just for me, and the bed was super comfy.

It would've been nice to have a room safe, my room didn't. I'm not sure if others may have or not?

Everything was great! I wish we would have gotten free breakfast for the price we paid.

Housekeeping wasn't very polite when I asked for towels. I asked for towels and they started asking me questions. Just give me some towels please. I left the sign on my door, so, I understood that nobody could come in. One of them finally gave me some.

There was never any ice in any of the ice machines and front desk would on give you a very small amount like two handfuls very slow elevator

I loved that we could walk right out to the beach. It was easy travel to restaurants and shopping.

Own boardwalk to the beach. Ocean view was great. Water pressure & temperature in Shower was amazing!!

Need a broom for the bathroom to clean up the sand we carried in.
