Great location and very clean hotel

We stayed for 3 nights, and while the first morning's breakfast was great, the following two were a bit disappointing. I mention this because breakfast was a key factor in our decision to stay here, especially after reading the positive reviews. However, it didn’t quite match what was shown in the pictures. Overall, it’s something to consider improving, as it could make the experience even better for future guests!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and had some gluten free muffins. Hotel was very clean.

Our room did not get serviced after the first night and I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.i would have liked to have had more GF options on the breakfast bar.

Right on the beach. Couldn’t see the beach from our room, but literally just go down the elevator and a minute walk to the beach! The staff were awesome and very friendly. Very clean and great breakfast.

Could hear people filling up their ice chests early in the morning, but still much more quiet than other hotels nearby that we have stayed at.

Worst breakfast ever, , eggs made me very ill, even though i only had one bite before throwing them out. The hydrogen sulfide gas was so strong from the eggs that the manager was spraying air freshener while we were eating and scrunching his nose.

Every single staff member was incredibly friendly. The hotel was smaller than the surrounding ones and we loved it. We didn't have to run into as many people as we would have done at a larger facility. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a private boardwalk to the beach. The pool was super cute and great for little kids. It had an umbrella shaped fountain that the kids (or adults) could play under.

The only issue we had was one of the elevators broke and made using them take up to 15 minutes. However things breaking isn't under anyone's control so we understood.

The staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Gave us great ideas on where to eat, etc. Breakfast staff were really nice and helpful also. Amazing location. I loved walking right from the hotel to the beach.

Water pressure is horrible. It is hard to rinse the shampoo out of hair. A power outlet needs to be by the mirror in the main room, so guests can use it to do their hair or makeup. Did not like the waffles, they were way to sweet. It would be nice if you could have a waffle maker to make our own.

The shower was huge, and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we did not have an ocean front room, it was steps to the beach.

The bed was very hard. We had a backache all week. The pool is very small.

Just a couple of steps on a boardwalk to the wonderful white sand beach. Everything clean and nice. Heated pool and Gym. Solid complimentary breakfast. Free self parking. Kind and friendly staff. Cleaning lady was knocking on door at day of departure asking if we needed anything before we leave later.

Smallish pool and gym, just enough of both to check the pool and gym boxes. Most rooms don‘t face the beach due to the building‘s layout situation. Don‘t expect beach view.

The breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and hot or cold as appropriate. Selection was good and taste was great. Hotel was clean, room was comfortable, parking was great, location was A+.

We honestly did not find anything to be disappointed about.

Super clean hotel! The proximity to the beach and our room was incredible! the pool was more of a kiddie pool, but having a 5 year old it worked for us. The staff (with exception of the guy who check us in), were so pleasant!! Our cargo holder was damaged in the middle of the night and the man in maintenance came and worked on it before we left……Amazing people!!The breakfast is SO good, and it changes daily! I would definitely stay again!

It was frustrating to travel 8 hours with crying kids only to stand in front of the hotel attendant that ignored my existence as he typed away on his computer. The parking was tight, our cargo holder was damaged in the middle of the night by an anonymous driver. Also half way through our stay one of the elevators was broke down, which took quite a long time to wait on one elevator servicing all 4 floors. Lastly, we booked the Executive King Suite, we had planned on our 5 year old sleeping in the King size bed with us…. it was not a typical King size. It was just a little roomier than a queen but not the King size we’re used to.
