The location is great and it is pretty clean! And the facilities are wonderful.

I did not like the charge for parking and the fact that a wifi password was never provided. Also, booking.com states that there is free breakfast, but that is not accurate. They have a cafe on-site that sells donuts and coffee.

Use to a kitchen but for the price it was fine. surprised by the additional 200.00 on my card but they said it was a deposit and as soon as we checked out and the cleaning girls got to our room it was refunded to me so i didnt have to go home and wait to see if i got it back. i liked that too.

Friendly Staff and Friendly guests. The view from the balcony was beautiful, you can sit and watch the dolphins just off the shore. The Slow wake donut and coffee shop has an amazing breakfast menu and great food. Being close to the Air Force base you can witness the strength of the United States Air Force. At night you can sit on your balcony and watch the storms roll in/out. You're in short driving distance to any of the attractions you might want to enjoy.

The beach didn't have big waves and shells. The jellyfish were plentiful though. Lol. I know all that is beyond anybody's control.

The property is an amazing location! With a very nice updated walk-in shower, the kitchen was a pleasant surprise with a nice full-sized refrigerator/freezer, small stove top, even equipped with a small amount of dishes, the 2 pools were very nice to cool off & chill in, the beds were very comfortable & the view from our balcony was spectacular!

If I had to pick something that I didn’t like, it would be… •the elevator was very slow •the furniture was very uncomfortable in the living room (but who’s gonna be hanging out in there with a view from that huge patio door!) •the furniture on the balcony couldn’t be sat it. The chairs were cracked

We love staying at this property..it’s our 4th time now! The tiki bar is always a plus with great staff behind the bar. Rooms are nice and they are great about bringing fresh towels etc to the room each day.

I have a few things that could have been better during our stay.. 1) we usually have just a room for the week and this time we upgraded to a suite..there was no stove..I even called and asked front desk if there was a stove and I was told yes, and there was not one in our suite…but in our room we’ve stayed at before it always had one..thought that was odd since we were paying a lot more and had more room. 2) I did notice on Wednesday night 6/17 someone had thrown up on the ground and whoever went to clean it up did a terrible job because there was still chunks all over our sidewalk.

Pools were nice and clean. Easy beach access. Pleasant hospitality.

Coffee display could have been larger in the lobby. Didn’t like that there was a daily charge for parking! Why are we paying an additional fee to park at this facility?

The facility was clean, wish we would have known where to get coffee and certain condiments to go with it. We found out the last day. Staff were friendly.

A cart to bring our luggage to the room was not available, this would have helped.

The room was bigger than I anticipated, and it was very clean. Sitting on the balcony oceanfront was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, and answered my questions about parking thoroughly. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job cleaning the room, and they were very nice.

The pools closed entirely too early. We went to swim around 9 pm, and the pool was already closed. It seems to me that they would be opened a lot later being the last week of July, first of August. Especially considering it was prime season for jelly fish to be so active close to the shore. For the cost of the rooms, you should NOT be charging guests for parking!!

We loved our stay - it was 2nd stay with them. The facility was updated a bit since the last time (4years ago) we were there, and we loved the coffee shop on the 1st floor and the new TVs in the hotel room. The staff especially the young man that was in training (I cannot remember his name) and the Maintenance guy that had to come explain how to use the remote with the tv, were both extremely nice and helpful. The staff everywhere we ran into them was always nice and polite. The location is great and the Beach access is wonderful.

They need to let people know when they check in that 1) the tv remotes must be on HDMI to us - When checking in they had two calls about the tv and then i had to call as well. and 2) that the beach chairs are available however they are for rent. The price is high however it is beach front and if you want cheaper don't rent on the beach!!
