The location is great and it is pretty clean! And the facilities are wonderful.

I did not like the charge for parking and the fact that a wifi password was never provided. Also, booking.com states that there is free breakfast, but that is not accurate. They have a cafe on-site that sells donuts and coffee.

All of it. This is very cool place. Loved it. Kids loved it! pool was heated. food was excellent drinks great and music was perfect. Thanks Wyndham Gardens.

Use to a kitchen but for the price it was fine. surprised by the additional 200.00 on my card but they said it was a deposit and as soon as we checked out and the cleaning girls got to our room it was refunded to me so i didnt have to go home and wait to see if i got it back. i liked that too.

Pools were nice and clean. Easy beach access. Pleasant hospitality.

Coffee display could have been larger in the lobby. Didn’t like that there was a daily charge for parking! Why are we paying an additional fee to park at this facility?

The facility was clean, wish we would have known where to get coffee and certain condiments to go with it. We found out the last day. Staff were friendly.

A cart to bring our luggage to the room was not available, this would have helped.

I loved the view & location. I like the Manatee restaurant on site. I like having the option of a heated pool.

I felt unsafe with doors being left open at all hours of day and night with anyone being able to have access into the buildings. Every other hotel I've stayed in requires a pass to get inside. The rooms are outdated. Lumpy beds, hard ass chairs to sit in. Not very comfortable. The staff checking us in was not friendly at all, nor was the staff in the donut restaurant. They actually ignored us for a bit and then wasn't friendly at all. The housekeeping staff was mostly friendly. The overpowering smell of fabuloso was intense at times but, at least it was clean.

We love the location and beach access and cleanliness and the staff were all super nice! We been there for the last 4 or 5 years and just checked out the arcade! Don't let my review below discourage you because it was an overall great stay everytime we have gone! Just needs some upgrades!

Our room.phone didn't work neither did the couple that had a room down from us so we had to use cell phone to call the desk for anything we needed and our plug ins didn't work well they were ALL really loose and anything u you plugged in fell out. The lock on the balcony door was really rusted and couldn't get to lock. Ice machine was out of order in our building so we had to go to another to get ice. I know the tiki hut area was all updated but would suggest Maybe some table area without bar stools just regular chairs or Maybe some larger bar stools for handicapped or larger individuals to use.

The view. On Booking.com, we chose a beachfront view in the filter. When we got to our room, the view was the parking lot. The front desk says that was correct. They said it would've said beachfront view if it was supposed to be that. I ALWAYS chose that because what's the point of staying on the beach if you don't get to see it from your room? We could've stayed somewhere cheaper, had the same parking lot view, and just gone to the public beach. I'm not sure where the communion got mixed up, but it needs to be fixed. And of course they said if we wanted to pay for an upgrade the NEXT night, cause they were booked up, we could. We just sucked it up and saw the horrible parking lot view. Very disappointing.

The facility is clean overall, the staff was nice and friendly. I enjoyed the jacuzzi for sure, it was clean and not overly crowded when I decided to go. I also loved the variety of activities they offer on property, we barely needed to leave the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. I loved that we had plenty of toiletries throughout our stay.

I did not like that at night there's a light on the balcony that is extremely bright and we had no control over it. I also did not like that we couldn't get the heater to turn on in the room. I went to the front desk and spoke to housekeeping about it but no one got back to us. We basically froze the first night.

The room was clean. Location with beach access.

Breakfast was part of the booking and it is no longer complementary. That was a reason for booking this hotel.
