The staff was exceptional- from the front desk, housekeeping, to the breakfast staff!!! They were welcoming, asking if we needed anything, wishing us a good day and the front desk staff always addressed us by our name even those on different shifts. Will definitely come back. The breakfast was delicious and hot and changed a little each day. Also enjoy the coffee and tea that was always available and hot!!!

Breakfast buffet was great! The place constantly had fresh coffee all throughout the day and night. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The pool was a bit small so if you're traveling with family looking for a place with a pool this is probably not the spot. Other than that everything else was great.

The staff was very polite and helpful. I had an issue with my room and they quickly handled it. The room was ideal for my expectations. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Getting to Destine was good without much trouble

Nothing specific to the hotel but getting out of the parking lot and into the traffic took a little more time that I would have liked. Turning right was not a problem but turning left cause a bit of waiting.

Great breakfast and staff. Easy on off location.

Comfortor was way too heavy, but that's personal preference. Rooms were cleaned every other day and didn't know before hand. Was not advised of construction in the lobby.

First and foremost the Staff was Excellent! Can’t express it any better! They met every need with a smile. Pillows are a little worn out and the price was a tad more expensive being in that location. Other then that I’ll be back 😊

The location was excellent and it was extremely quiet. We left each day to go into Destin and where the hotel was located it made the trip one of ease. The front desk personnel was on point from check-in to check-out. We were greeted coming and leaving. Karen even came to our room when the cable box needed to reset after the storm.

You guys rock and we will book again!

we were evacuated for hurricane and ended here. staff was super friendly, room and bathroom nice and clean free breakfast. I didn't eat but my boyfriend said it was good

We were greeted each morning and evening by the front desk staff as we passed through the lobby.

We were told that this location was under renovation on the 3rd floor so there was minimal.

The hotel was much cleaner than many we have been to in the past. The breakfast host was the sweetest and the food was very exceptional and had a few different things to choose from. The people at the desk at checking were very nice. Over all would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was the slide door for the bathroom. It didn’t have a lock and no vent.
