Insulting staff at the reception. How is it possible to hire them and keep working there? It would be best if you banned them from any job that requires interaction with customers. What a shame for such a well-known hotel chain.

Employees were really kind and supportive. I lost my card key but they didn't charge about that. The location was also nice. Close to beach and restaurants.

Towels were not that clean.

BEDS ARE VERY IMPORTANT! VERY COMFORTABLE. WE LOVED HAVING A SOFA IN OUR ROOM ALSO. I HAD TO ADD AN EXTRA ROOM FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO VISIT WHICH WAS ALITTLE MORE THAN I HAD HOPED TO PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL ROOM. BUT I APPRECIATED BEING ABLE TO ADD AT THE LAST MINUTE. ALSO, HAVING SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER & SOAP WAS REALLY WONDERFUL. NOW... IDONT HAVE TO PACK ALL THAT STUFF.!!

THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF RE-FILLING BREAKFAST WAITED UNTIL MANY OF THE HOT DISHES WERE EMPTY. IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET EVERYTHING FILLED UP AGAIN. NO BISCUITS, NO GRAVY, NO EGGS, NO SAUSAGES. OUT OF HOT WATER FOR OATMEAL. BUT EVERYTHING ONCE FILLED WAS GREAT!

The room was nice,clean, and spacious. The housekeeper was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was great. I really enjoyed my stay. The reception desk was nice and friendly also. Nice location, and every time I visit Destin, I stay there.

The elevator was not working. I asked for a room on the first floor because my husband is disabled. But they didn't have one available. So we had to climb the stairs to the second floor. The people in the room next to us were talking loud and slamming the room door all night. Didn't get much sleep. But other than that, it was great.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, just a few minutes walking each morning for sunset and at night for sunset! The breakfast was quite nice, and a great way to start the day with rotating types of eggs along with potatoes, cereals, pastries and pancakes. Housekeeping and all staff we interreacted with were friendly and proactive. They came by each day to see if we needed anything and if we were out they would always come clean the room. For the price you really can't beat this location!

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. The staff were able to accommodate my niece and her family by offering an early check in. (she's wheelchair bound) And, the handicap room I requested for her was excellent. She had a fantastic shower! The staff allowed all of us (8) to use the dining area to eat our pizza and visit together. My son and I cleaned it up after and the staff were grateful.

I wish it were right on the ocean. And, there was no shelter in the pool area. We were told that the table umbrella had been stolen. We couldn't stay in as long as we wanted due to the heat and sun.

Very close to everything. All the employees were very nice. We had car trouble and they helped us get it to a mechanic on a Saturday when everyone else was closed . Dominic was the best breakfast person everything was always full and very clean and very nice to us he was there best breakfast person!

Major tourist trap! They had 1 very rude lady Balindia. She was very disrespectful when she was working the kitchen. We had to tell her that the food was empty because she was so worried about playing on her phone instead of watching her breakfast area

I would absolutely stay here again and again and again! Great location- far enough from the high traffic areas but close to great places to eat, shop and swim! All withing walking distance. We felt very safe and the parking lot had plenty of spaces. We stayed in a King room and it was extremely spacious! The sofa in the room was very comfortable to sit on and the bed was absolutely perfect. The tv was larger than any hotel I have stayed in which was great at night before bed. The breakfast was incredible!!!! They had a large variety and they changed up the items every day. They even had bacon one morning which was a very welcomed surpise. They also made sure to keep the food coming and never ran out of anything. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Fun Fact: We learned after breakfast a gentleman from the local homeless shelter comes by and picks up all of the left over food to sever at the shelter.

The handicap parking spots were a little far from any entry doors. They are located on the side of the building past the swimming pool. During the day, you can go thru the 2 pool gates, but at night it could be a bit inconvenient. Also the parking lot is very dark on the sides and back of the hotel! I was nervous to park in those areas but unfortunately we had to most evenings. Thankfully, we had no issues with neither our vehicle nor golfcart we rented.

It was very clean and breakfast was really good 😊👍. And if you didn't have shaving cream they would give you a trial size can....

When I came in to check in, the hostess at the front desk was very snappy and rude to me ..The next day there were different hostess and they were very nice ..

Everything in the room was great except the pillows but that's personal preference. Breakfast was good. Staff was mostly friendly. A couple people seemed to just not want to be bothered. No personality. Location is fantastic..Short walk to the drive and right next to the commons. The only real negative was that housekeeping didn't come for 2 days straight so no towels or trash was picked up and sheets weren't washed.
