Insulting staff at the reception. How is it possible to hire them and keep working there? It would be best if you banned them from any job that requires interaction with customers. What a shame for such a well-known hotel chain.

Employees were really kind and supportive. I lost my card key but they didn't charge about that. The location was also nice. Close to beach and restaurants.

Towels were not that clean.

Room was nice, comfortable beds, very clean, pool was nice and clean, breakfast was decent but not as good as some places I have stayed. Would love a waffle iron. Meat and biscuits were over cooked most days. They did offer a turkey sausage for those that like that. Coffee was good and hot each morning. My grandson and I were there for 4 days. Staff were always pleasant and polite esp the cleaning staff that were around most of the day. Location was great. Walk to the beach is about 7 minutes and you could drive to several activities and restaurants in less than 30 minutes.

Some of the breakfast was over cooked a few days we were there.

Hotel is very small and has a bit of a cramped feel, elevator was dirty the entire 3 day stay, breakfast was just "okay". I also didn't like that the hotel invoice slid under my door was $50 less than my Booking.com bill. Hotel said I "shouldn't have seen that bill" and that the total on their bill is what hotel would've charged instead. Not on hotel, but if I stay there again I won't book through Booking.com. A $50 increase to book through the App (booked months in advance) is ridiculous. Recommend price comparing between booking directly through the hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy access to everything!

We only stayed one night during our time in Destin, the room was very clean, with dark blackout curtains, quiet and the bed was very confortable as well. The bathroom was spacious and provided with shampoo, conditioners and soap with great and powerful shower.

The breakfast wasn't what we were expecting, it was a little disappointing since they didn't have anything fresh or made to offer but the coffee that was, unfortunately, warm at that time. The front desk people wasn't the most friendly either and couldn’t accommodate our request for a late check out.

BEDS ARE VERY IMPORTANT! VERY COMFORTABLE. WE LOVED HAVING A SOFA IN OUR ROOM ALSO. I HAD TO ADD AN EXTRA ROOM FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO VISIT WHICH WAS ALITTLE MORE THAN I HAD HOPED TO PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL ROOM. BUT I APPRECIATED BEING ABLE TO ADD AT THE LAST MINUTE. ALSO, HAVING SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER & SOAP WAS REALLY WONDERFUL. NOW... IDONT HAVE TO PACK ALL THAT STUFF.!!

THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF RE-FILLING BREAKFAST WAITED UNTIL MANY OF THE HOT DISHES WERE EMPTY. IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET EVERYTHING FILLED UP AGAIN. NO BISCUITS, NO GRAVY, NO EGGS, NO SAUSAGES. OUT OF HOT WATER FOR OATMEAL. BUT EVERYTHING ONCE FILLED WAS GREAT!

The room was nice,clean, and spacious. The housekeeper was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was great. I really enjoyed my stay. The reception desk was nice and friendly also. Nice location, and every time I visit Destin, I stay there.

The elevator was not working. I asked for a room on the first floor because my husband is disabled. But they didn't have one available. So we had to climb the stairs to the second floor. The people in the room next to us were talking loud and slamming the room door all night. Didn't get much sleep. But other than that, it was great.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, just a few minutes walking each morning for sunset and at night for sunset! The breakfast was quite nice, and a great way to start the day with rotating types of eggs along with potatoes, cereals, pastries and pancakes. Housekeeping and all staff we interreacted with were friendly and proactive. They came by each day to see if we needed anything and if we were out they would always come clean the room. For the price you really can't beat this location!

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. The staff were able to accommodate my niece and her family by offering an early check in. (she's wheelchair bound) And, the handicap room I requested for her was excellent. She had a fantastic shower! The staff allowed all of us (8) to use the dining area to eat our pizza and visit together. My son and I cleaned it up after and the staff were grateful.

I wish it were right on the ocean. And, there was no shelter in the pool area. We were told that the table umbrella had been stolen. We couldn't stay in as long as we wanted due to the heat and sun.

We love that it is walking distance to Crystal Beach. We love the breakfast too! Room was nice and spacious. Their bathroom is complete with hygiene products. We also love the free cookies in the front desk :)

The only issue that we had is how the tub/shower is. It pools water on the tub and doesn’t drain because it is not flat tub, so you always have a standing water in the tub while showering. The sheets also had a funky smell but we just ask for extra sheets in the front desk.
