The property is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The adult only pool was great. The lazy rivers were very nice and relaxing. We travel often and this was the quietest hotel/ resort we have ever stayed at.

The only thing that “bothered” me is that they charged $29 a day to self park in an open air lot that wasn’t well maintained. The valet parking was much nicer for $10 more. I will valet next time but feel they should not charge to self park out of respect for people already paying for their rooms and resort fees.

absurd prices ($17 for a small plastic cup well drink at the pool?) and hidden charges, including $132 they tried to charge my cc after I’d checked out and paid in full!(later removed after many calls and emails). and did not honor the Booking.com price prepaid for the stay.

Henderson Beach resort is fabulous! Location and quality of facilities are outstanding. Access to a beautiful beachfront, fabulous, swimming pools, and a host of other amenities are all available. The staff is super helpful and very positive. Everything needed is available on the compound, although it is fun to venture out for other dining experiences. Highly recommended if one can afford this as a special treat!

I have no negatives other than I wish it were a bit more affordable, as incidentals, such as parking, beach chair service and resort taxes due add up. That said, no surprises, and truly is a treat to stay here .

A very good quality resort, food at the restaurant/room service was excellent, food costs/service was overpriced.

Its not a beachfront resort, you have to get out of the resort and walk outside in the streets for less than 1-2 miles to get into the private entrance to the beach.

Everything. I have stayed at the Henderson many times and I leave there feeling better and better after each stay. The staff is always exquisite. Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none. The room we stayed in was immaculate. The hotel speaks for itself. The Primrose restaurant is in a class all by itself. The food there is phenomenal. Our server Raged, one of the best customer service people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We’ve had him on several occasions since we’ve stayed there. He makes you feel welcome and at home. Hands down, the Henderson is in the top 2 of best resorts I have ever stayed in. I’m 51 years old and I’ve been all around the world.

It’s absolutely beautiful! The grounds are well maintained and lush. The staff is top notch, attentive and polite. The building is gorgeous and clean, excellent views, especially the rooftop bar, convenient to the private beach. Food was hot and excellent even room service was great. That said, this is an extremely expensive place to stay but man we enjoyed ourselves so much especially my 8 year old granddaughter who stayed in the lazy river pool and loved the mermaid meet and Greet. If you’re thinking about staying here and you’re not on a serious budget, do it.

It’s expensive but worth it if you can splurge.

Breakfast was great but was expensive. I would suggest eating outside if staying for a week.

Great location and view. Beautifully decorated. Very clean.

I didn’t like that I got charged extra for beach chairs as it was the hotel’s private beach. Also I was talked into an “upgrade” room but had to pay more for it and I think the other would’ve been just as nice. Felt slightly nickel and dimed by these things.

Nice property and easy access to beach, pools are very nice.

Gorgeous property, professional, friendly staff

First day of arrival someone knocked, rang bell , and entered my room ( all within seconds) while I was changing my clothes. The male staffer apologized several times and said he was there to manage the thermostat but left once and never returned to the best of my knowledge. The staffer did not give me enough time to get to door before he opened it.
