Location, location, location. Shower was quite large. Nice view. Staff was very personable and friendly.

Young man jumping up seeing how high he could reach up wall when I walked in. He was waiting on a bottle of soap. Was unsettling. Parents nowhere around, but old enough to know better.

The hotel staff was awesome! They are super friendly, and helped us anytime we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and always restocked as soon as it ran out. The rooms were clean and very well maintained! I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the Niceville/Destin area. We will definitely be staying again when we come to visit!!

The room and staff were amazing. I was stuck by a canceled flight at 7 AM. I booked the room and quickly called to see if I could get into the room early and get some rest. The staff quickly put a room together for my partner and I. It was very clean and comfortable and large. And the staff was super kind and accommodating.

The room was mostly very clean but the shower corners and floor of the shower were a bit dirty so I had to wear shower shoes. The breakfast was also all very greasy.

Everything! I never have high expectations for hotels, but this one was outstanding! Staff was friendly, the whole hotel clean and organized. My room was amazingly clean-they didn’t miss a thing. I was so impressed.

The bathroom mirror isn’t the best. The lighting is really bad. I had to use the full length mirror in the hall to put on my make up.

Room was clean comfy and spacious. Staff was so nice and helpful. Beds were so comfortable. We made a mistake and changed to another hotel bc we decided to stay another day in a different location and not happy with the other hotel. Wish we could of stayed at this Holiday Inn again.

When reached the property, I had specially has for the leisure king, because it came with a king bed and a bathtub. Went to the desk they gave me another room with a bath tub with a double bed and bathtub . Went to desk and front desk acted like it was my fault they didn't have toom with king bed and bathtub . This hotel is outstanding. We were only there for 1 night. The people were great. The room, and entire hotel is in perfect condition. Many choices for a hot breakfast.

I can only think of 1 suggestion - as the hotel is close to a regional airport, provide a shuttle service. I realize this may be unrealistic for the smaller airport.

Any time I stay at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is exceptional and I am HAPPY! This was very close to the airport and convenient to food, coffee and anything else needed.

The hotel was pretty, modern and felt new and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there was an excellent presentation of both hot and cold food. The parking lot was well lit at night.

I can't thing of anything I would change. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
