This experience was one of the best experiences! Normally my family and I stay at Marriott properties because we have never had a bad experience with those properties in our over 30 years of traveling. But, since this was such a short vacation , we elected to stay at this particular property, especially after reading the reviews and the price. Let me tell you, all of my expectations were met! This property actually exceeded my expectations from the time my family and I entered. JM was very welcoming &warm. He was so inviting. Winwin and Queenie were just as warm upon our checkout process. The rooms were clean and pristine. The breakfast was so delicious with great options available!! My family and I loved everything! And mind you, we are very picky about hotel stays .

The hotel is new and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had different options each morning. The 24 hour fresh ground coffee bar was a plus for us coffee lovers. We liked the location- it was a short drive to the beach, restaurants and all activities we were interested in. We went for a 3 night girls beach trip and were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay here again.

There was only one thing that was misleading which is the damage fee says $250 but was charged $300 which was an additional $50 that I was glad I didn't need. So that need to be updated immediately.

Friendly staff. Generous accommodations. Great exercise room and outside pool area. Staff fulfilled our requests for more towels. Spacious room for our family of five. Nice breakfast with a variety of selections - pancakes made with an appliance that turned two nice- sized out within 1- 2 minutes! Pleasant housekeeping staff.

The staff was over the average nice. The Guest Reception on one of the days was out of sight!!! Breakfast was great every morning and the pool was clean and relaxing. I was very impressed with this property.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and was thoroughly impressed by its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making check-in a breeze. My room was beautifully appointed and spotless, featuring a comfortable bed with crisp linens. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Staff, newness

Did not spend second night due to incident at home which required us tondepart a day early. They would not/ could not refund our money for the second night. Said booking.com must due the refund. How do we request a refund for the second night we did not use.

The breakfast was great. The location was very close to our venue which made travel easy.

We wanted to stay an additional day but the price was astronomical. We chose another affordable hotel. It would have been much more convenient to stay where we were.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good. The location is definitely not near the beach and that is the only downside.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were amazing, rooms where nice and clean room service each day was also amazing, nice bar area , nice pool.

Did not dislike anything about the property.
