It was fine, just as most Sleep Inns are a good value for business travel.

The Check-in. Being checked-in by a kiosk with some young man, on a computer screen, working remotely from India is a real negative. Knowing there is no one working on-site is unsettling and greatly undermines my confidence in staying at this location.

Liked the staff. And the location of the hotel.

I told the person at the front. That the shower had very low water pressure. And that the mirror light in the bathroom. Now he did fix the shower head leak. But left plastic on the light at the door. I told him about it. And the water pressure never did get better.

Room 126 was a nice size room for a family of four. The room was clean, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Always a plus when traveling. My son enjoyed the pool. Not a great selection on Breakfast bar. But something is better than nothing to get the day going. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation and would definitely stay here again. Brittany was extremely nice!! Nice place for a nice price, we shall return Thank you!!

Carpet flooring kind of has an odor.

Location and the room was great. It was weird checking in by machine.

Breakfast was short small, Saturday there wasn’t any sausage.

We stayed at this hotel twice and each time have had a wonderful stay. Stayed in a king room on the first floor each time and loved it. Very comfortable.

The bathroom needs some touch-up paint and recaulking of the tub area but besides that the room was great. The front desk personnel are wonderful and work hard taking care of guests and the breakfast area.

It was close to the beach! The man at the front desk wasn’t very nice, everything else was amazing! Free breakfast was great!

The hotel was very clean, it even had a clean smell. This Hotel appears to be newer. The breakfast was good. We stayed in a King size room. The bed was very comfortable and the bed pillows are nice. We looked at the brand of pillows so thatnwencan order some for home. The room was spaceous and clean. I was very impressed with this hotel. We didn't do our research and had to pay toll fee to go back and forth to Destin. Even with that, I think I will stay at this sleep in again.

Rude staff. Heard racist remarks from staff who were African Americans. They seemed like they didn't want to speak to us because we are white.

STAFF WAS GREAT

Clean, comfortable bed, air worked great (as it was very hot outside). Nice having a fridge and microwave in the room and breakfast provided with waffles, bagels, fruit and yogurt. Nice location not far from the beach and lots of eateries and stores nearby.

Not much water pressure in the shower. Made it difficult to rinse out shampoo.
