The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good as well

The hotel deposit which wasn’t mentioned until upon arrival which should have been POINTED OUT BY BOOKING.COM IN BOLD LETTERS OR UPON BOOKING..Thank Goodness we had enough funds to continue our vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days 4 nights stay. The staff was exceptional. Especially Leah and Mackala and front desk management. We had an issue when first checking in, which was immediately taken care of. Also, the breakfast staff and the housekeeping were right on time. The beach was close by in walking distance. Everything we wanted to do was close by. Our room was clean, and the comfortable beds were awesome. The size of our room was great, and very accommodating for our dog. Breakfast was hot and tasty had some good choices. The security of the hotel is also great. Would recommend it and will stay again.

The hot tub was a bit disappointing, the jets were not as strong as most. But in comparison to everything else, this was not a game-changer.

I really liked the location of the hotel . SUMMER PLACE INN is in walkn distance of The beach!! Truly across the street. And I was soooo close to many restaurants and a wal-mart a Publix ice cream 🍦 parlor and next to a go kart facility .the Hotel is Off of Emeral Coast sooooo many options soo many brunch spots You will love it!! Family Friendly and Great For Solo Trips

I really had no complaints. My bed was a tad uncomfortable. I kept getting bit. So I sprayed my bleach spray and slept on my towel then I slept like a baby

Well kept hotel with great proximity to the beach! We could have walked, but it was easier to drive half a mile and use the large public parking lot. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts in the morning had a good selection.

The only thing I missed was a water bottle refill station. Most hotels will now have either a lemon water dispenser or some other designated water stations, ESPECIALLY when they're close to outdoor activities... But this hotel did not. If you fill your bottles before 10 am while breakfast is open then you're okay, but after that they turn off/unplug the machine and your only option would to be buying individual bottles water at their front desk store... Or going elsewhere, of course.

The location of the hotel was great, close to main attractions, the bed was confortable, the staff was friendly abd helpful.

The breakfast selection wasn't good, additionally i was inform that breakfast is from 6- 9 but went i got there at 8:30 am they run out of batter to make waffles and the coffee was terrible and they had very cold scrambled eggs or something like that I really don't know what it was.

This was our second time here, but this time with snow—believe it or not! It’s a rare sight, but a true miracle happened on Destin Beach. The breakfast was decent, with eggs and hot coffee to start the day. Since we visited during the snowfall, everything looked absolutely beautiful, like a winter wonderland on the White Coast. The beach is within walking distance from the hotel, making it a convenient spot. The rooms were clean, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were heated, which was perfect for the chilly 28-degree weather. This hotel is a hidden gem—close to everything, clean, offering breakfast, and all at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

I have no complaints; there was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. It’s very good! The free toothpaste was broken.

The trash truck ran extremely early to empty dumpsters on Saturday morning which woke us up as for a solid 10 minutes their back up alarm kept beeping. The room also had a musty smell to it.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. They have two small pools and a hot tub. Walking distance to beach, food, shops.

I liked our stay there very much; however, the picture I booked it on was extremely old as I saw no properties in front of our balcony room... only a street. The view when I got there was very disappointing and the perception of my view of the water was almost entirely blocked by buildings everywhere. I advise you to change your pictures on the internet because it was very deceiving. Be honest with people.

The blocked view of water, obviously. We came from West and East Texas for that view.
