Room was clean. Location to food was convenient. Fish in lobby was cool!

Advertised breakfast on Booking.com and AFTER I booked and paid for the room I received confirmation that included a statement that advised they did not offer breakfast AT ALL. Only 24 hour coffee. Also leads you to believe this hotel is closer to beach access than what it actually is.

Reception, rooms updated, fridge in room, lots of care taken by owner and staff, courteous and kind staff, excellent breakfast including moist and delicious biscuits and gravy and grits, great location and safe

It’s a motel but that was fine. All updated and property and guests were well cared for. No elevator but still not an issue especially with all the other wonderful qualities.

The staff was very friendly. I some how booked under my maiden name and the young lady told me I had to call booking to fix it . Thankfully I had my social with my maiden name on it and the manger stepped in and took it . It was in a good location as well .

Some minor things like our bathroom door could be replaced for looks and maybe some detail cleaning like around baseboards.

Everything was good. However the plug by the sink doesn't work and the toilet will hardly flush. Was interested in booking again for a few wks out but was told by the worker that they couldn't book that far out.

This is by no means fancy, but I rated 10 because the room/bathroom were extremely clean and bed linen smelled fresh. The location in the heart of Destin and 5min from beach are also a 10 for me. The exterior of the building could use a face-lift but the price was also good value for money.

Building exterior needs fresh coat of paint.

Everything was exceptional.

Quiet room, nice a/c, tv had allot of good channels.

There was a roach on the dresser, paint was peeling off the walls, towel with black stains on it in the bathroom.

Excellent for the price.

The other guests: the people who were in the room before us definitely smoked. But the smell wasn’t too strong, but enough to be noticeable.

We liked the room we had, next to the pool. the view from the pool was amazing. Access to everything nearby.

it was a smoking room without an ashtray or a do not disturb sign. Noisy, early in the morning. Something loud was running like a lawnmower or something. other than that it was great. Most definitely will stay again!!

Loved the refreshed feeling of the room; front desk clerk was very sweet and attentive
