Home is very clean and open, with an inviting and beach like feel. Has pretty much all the cooking utensils needed to cook meals if you wanted. Comfortable furniture and lots of windows with 4 chairs on the wrap around balcony. Close to beach and fun pool to swim in, and has a Tiki Bar that serves alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, food and snacks. The resort also offers 4 other pools to guests to swim in that you can take the tram/shuttle to, as well as the Baytowne Wharf (shopping, dining, and fun)! No beach towels, beach toys, or beach chairs. No cookie sheets or pizza cutter. No information about given about the resort amenities or discounted area attraction tickets like most resorts offer. Home could use a little more in depth cleaning (curtains, dusting, new sheets) but the rest was very clean.

The property is beautiful. The restaurant has Amazing food. My husband is a chef and the food was top notch seasoned to perfection. We had shrimp and grits and shrimp and crab pasta. The next time we are bringing our children.

The balcony was really dirty, needs pressure washing, rails need to be painted and there’s a fixture in the tub that’s not secure. I know that the property is under going construction; however, the lobby area is very dark and the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. I just feel for a property to be beach property and have such beautiful grounds everything should reflect that. Needs more lighting at the pool at night and the pathways need lighting. Other than the minor things, we had a wonderful time and will be back.

The landscape and the Hilton's beach are extra-ordinaries. The ocean temperature and the sand are awesome.

Nobody knew (from Vacasa) how many services I could use (e.g., bicycle rentals, transportation). I had to find out everything on my own. I was charged resort fee, but nobody came to clean the room in six days! There is not concierge, so you have to stop people and ask them about services. The bus (TRAM) takes you inside the resort (a 35 minutes loop from 8am to 11:59pm). Supermarket is outside the resort and you need a car or Uber for almost everything. Golf carts cannot be rented.

Everything was a breeze, got the instructions code to the parking and door a day before the arrival. Place is quiet and clean. We enjoy our stay.

We loved the sunset deck in tower one. It was our favorite place to go. The room was clean and it was only a short walk to the beach. We were happy there was some kitchen stuff already there. There were many activities to do close by. We loved that they had a little gym at the facility. The shower and the bed were nice. The elevator was also fast and we liked that the parking was covered from the sun. There was also a place to wash clothes. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was beautiful and very island like. It almost felt like we were in Hawaii.

We wish there was a freezer and more cooking ware. Also there needed to be more silverware. It’s a place for a group of 3 but only two forks and one spoon. We went and bought an electric skillet and spatula to cook and it was only $30. I think it would be a nice addition to the room for the next people who stay if not too expensive. We thought the bed was a little too soft but that is all preference. We also would’ve liked a place to get more toiletries and trash bags for the people staying a longer period of time. For the place itself we would just like to recommend putting a smith machine or weight bench in the gym if possible. I didn’t like that it costed $32 for the cheapest shipping to get the glasses I left back.

Location within the resort boundaries was great, the landscaping, golf courses, pool and beach made it pleasant for strolls. The beach is wow.

Locks could use a bluetooth update. There are 3 codes to get in - parking gate, foyer, and room. Its a bit annoying to memorize a 10 digit code with an arm full of beach gear. Toilet paper placement a bit awkward. Could use 4 forks instead of 2. No idea if the transit pass works on families or not.

The condo was clean, well stocked with necessities and with amazing views of the harbor on one side of the balcony and the ocean from the other side of the balcony.. I did not rent a car this trip so, the tram made immediate local travel a breeze. Security and access to the condo was comforting.

Maybe put an extra detergent and dryer sheet so you don't have to haul home dirty clothes. That certainly is an obligation to myself though but as a convenience it would have been an extra step.

The place was very clean and quiet as a first time visitor to Florida the experience was 10/10 I would definitely be booking my next vacation here Thank you for the amazing stay the views was amazing .

The beautiful view is awesome room and a beautiful beach as well the security surrounding us every day of our stay will be staying here in the future

That we could take the tram to Baytowne village for the night life . It wasn’t a bad walk to the beach either .

Nothing about the property itself but the beach was super busy in the area that we had to go to .
