We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s new, spacious, and very clean. The household appliances are modern and of excellent quality. The location is also great — there are shops nearby, a huge mall, IKEA, and lots of cafés. There’s even a beach within walking distance, although it was still closed during our visit. One of the highlights was a beautiful nearby Buddhist temple — a peaceful and scenic spot worth visiting. The neighborhood is excellent and definitely worth spending 2–3 days exploring. The only downside is the distance to the city center — it takes about 50 minutes by metro.

Parking space can quickly become limited if coming back later during the day. Constant concern of noise complaints reminded by building management - this was not to say that we caused noises. We were anxious since we had 3 months old who can sometimes be colic in the middle of night and building reminded every houses in the building of no noise policy after 10 PM.

The place is big, clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is also convenient. 5 mins drive away from Lotte World, Lotte outlet and Lotte Mall, and 3 mins drive away from IKEA. There many restaurants, convenient stores and coffee shops around the area so you don't have to go farther. It's also 20 to 30 mins drive from the famous Haeundae Beach and Busan Outlet. I would recommend this hotel and if there's a chance, we would like to come back and stay in this hotel again.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You can reach a mall, a supermarket, and Lotte World Busan on foot.

We were there for three weeks, and there was no vacuum cleaner. At least they could have had a broom.

We enjoyed the convenience of smart home though taking a bit of time to understand it in the beginning. Quiet place and quite far from CBD but we managed to find great food in the neighbourhood.

Took a while to understand the door code but the host was responsive to our messages

The property was very high tech and modern.

Some of the high tech “smart house” took a while to figure out how to use it. Also a slightly bigger trash can in the kitchen would be very nice to have. While there was a lot of English labels in the apartment, a few more in the bathroom would have been helpful to figure out how to flush the toilet. Not having a shower curtain in the front bathroom took some getting use to.

The facilities were excellent, spacious apartment and plenty of parking. Check in and out was easy and everything we needed was within reach.

Stayed for four nights so would have liked a small vacuum or something handy to clean up small messes from the kids without having to request a full service of the apartment

Very nice and super modern apartment suitable for a family as there are 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. High tech domotica

Difficulty to find the entrance of the building . Instructions in the apartment are exclusively in Korean. Very far from Busan city center but cheap Uber rates sweeten the pill . Windows need to be cleaned !!!

We’re satisfied the property however there’s massive noise from above the building like banging through the night. It’s bit scary.

Noise, somehow it sounds like building construction huge banging walls.

Good location and some restaurant. Lotte mart nearby.

The electrical trip on our second and last day at the kitchen. We manage to have the electrical set back to normal on 3rd day.
