The hotel decoration is amazing and the room is very comfortable. The sea view is great.

The fact that the pool is not accessible all the time (they have a 10 minute break every hour plus 1 hour break at lunch when nobody is allowed inside the pool!) There is little place to sit and chill in the facility. Many children so not couple friendly. The staff does not speak English. Overall very expensive food and drinks.

The location, the rooms are outstanding. Excellent restaurant at Overlap.

The policies and deals are too complicated. Should be streamlined. The check-in takes too long. You can wait 10-15 minutes to get into an elevator. The staff is uneven: from outstanding in some cases to poorly trained in other cases. The food at Tapas is very mediocre. No pharmacy or basic medicine at convenience store. Too bad if you get a cold or a flu…Most places to eat and coffee etc. open at 10 only.

Rooms are top notch, facilities exceptional, and the customer service is the best I have ever had. The quickness to respond to queries, the attention paid to guests at any point in time, the clear cut communication (even with the language barrier), the approachability and friendliness. . . .all in all, the staff were the best part of my stay at the Ananti Hilton. And the food was superb as well. This place is the real deal.

Couple of hidden costs; if there was a way for the hotel to create a schematic showing what is and is not included in each package, it would greatly enhance the stay. Also a bit disappointing that using the pool has a whole separate package.

Amazing place ...Luxury property especially the Ambience opposite sea view .If you want sea view from your room you need you need to pay extra amt !!Food is excellent.. staff is very cordial!Highly recommended place..other Restaurants like Spanish Tapas ,cafes, seafood everything is available but all Restaurants close by 9.00 pm rather last order they will serve till 8.00pm Rooms are very spacious ..Even bathrooms are huge & they even even have huge bath tub with sea view !!

great location, great staff, amazing ocean views from room. Easy walk to Haedong Yonggungsa.

I know it is pretty standard in Korea but I never get used to having to pay extra money for pool access. Admittedly not all pools at Ananti require payment, but it was $50 to access the best adult pool.

It was beautiful, friendly and helpful staff and the location was very peaceful compared to the big city it is in

The smoking areas were a little sad but i understand, a lot of places around the world are similar

Over facilities such as location, promendade and the connected malls were convenient and wonderful and staff were kind and caring.

Though I booked ocean view rooms, the construction and noise were not pleasant to enjoy the stay and the floors a bit lower than I expected. I think the booking.com should have notified me earlier of the limit of floor per type of rooms I book. they say can’t go beyond certain floors due to my type of booking.

Simply an amazing hotel to spend the night. We only spent a single night here as it nearly broke the bank, but what we got was just incredible. We had a stunning ocean view with a balcony. The room was absolutely huge, and the double bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was also huge with two sinks, a walk in closet and a separate bath area looking over the ocean. We made sure to come back to the hotel early to take advantage of this amazing room. We had dinner at The Moin buffet, which while expensive (around £70 a head), was amazing. There were several food sections, each providing a different style: western food which included different fish dishes, pizza and grilled meats (steak, lamb, shortrib, fish); eastern food which included stir-fries, shrimp tempura, dumplings, rice and meat dishes; a dedicated sashimi and sushi station with a sushi chef constantly refilling the stock; a vegetable station with different types of korean vegetables; and finally a very well stocked dessert station which had cakes, macaroons, ice cream and a chocolate fountain. It was one of the best meals we had during our time in Korea. We didn't get an opportunity to try out the infinity pool since we arrived back too late, we had to pick between the pool and the buffet, and since we were starving we opted for the latter. If I stay here again, I would love to jump into the infinity pool. The check in process was exceptional, our bags were taken when we arrived in the valet area by taxi, we went to the lobby on the 10th floor and got our keycards, went to the room and our bags were delivered soon after. We even managed to check in early, we arrived at the hotel at around 12pm and fully expected to leave our bags and go to the nearby Haedong Yonggungsa Temple which is about a 20-25 minute walk away, and then return to check in, but the room was ready when we arrived and they checked us in with no issues.

There is really not a lot that we disliked. Perhaps one of the only disappointments was the accessibilty of the hotel. It's on the far East end of Busan and did not have an easy route via public transport so we opted for a taxi. Luckily the journey for us was very straightforward as we were coming from the other side of Busan and were able to travel via the bridges and motorways the whole way. The cost of the taxi was also very reasonable. It should also be mentioned that this hotel is expensive. We paid around £420 for a single night, plus £140 for the buffet for two people. But considering this is a 5* resort, it's difficult to complain and this is what were fully expecting.

I selected the same room option that I chose last summer. Although it is still as of now not the peak season, they assigned me a room on the 3rd floor, unlike on the 7th floor last summer. It was a big disappointment. Many rooms were empty on the upper floor. How could you assign a room on the lowest floor so close to the construction area and it is loud all day long??? How can one relax to look at the ocean view???

Access to the outdoor pool and the Water House was great! Also, the room was spacious and clean.

The exterior of the hotel building looked rusty and stained. There were some issues with the shower faucets in the Water House.
