The room was a good size with a great view of the beach. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Was in a quiet location, so was able to chill after the pace of Seoul but Haehundae was a 15 min scenic train ride away. Staff very helpful and ordered taxis for us.

I liked the location and the ability to have free parking and free breakfast. With a large family, these are important to me. Staff was always friendly! The family room was accommodating for a family of 5. The room was spacious and beautiful! I just wished our room was on a higher floor to enjoy the views; we were on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor was also the level where the breakfast area was, so that was still nice! The kids loved the jacuzzi tub!

The beds were hard, but that was expected from a Korean hotel! It was nice that they added mattress toppers and extra blankets to accommodate tourists. The only fault was that the bathroom was clean, but it wasn't the cleanest at closer inspection.

The property was really good. High quality, the view from the room was amazing and the look and feel of the hotel felt really expensive and great. It is a great hotel for the price. The staff was phenomenal and really helpful. I loved the hotel.

It is in Sejong beach, not in Haeundae, which requires at least a 15-20min bus journey to Haeundae and a lot more for other areas of Busan. It is also quite far from the metro. So if you don’t mean to stay by Sejong beach, i’d recommend staying in other areas of town.

I loved that the room was just as I expected, but much better in person. The staff The staff were friendly, spoke English and were quite hospitable. The location The location is superb, beachfront, with just few steps to the beach. The view I enjoyed the view of the vast sea just from my window, and enjoyed the beauty of the moon over the sea just from my room window. The setup is perfect and designed to make sure you get every inch of the view as possible. The room (deluxe) My room size was as big as described. The bed was huge and very comfortable and low just as I like it. Perfect for enjoying the mesmerizing views. The bathtub was huge, suited for two and I enjoyed every second bath I had in there (tip, bring bath bombs for a better experience). The toilet and separate shower room were spacious and very clean. There is a smart tv where you can just Netflix and chill all day. There are many other provisions that I couldn’t get to explore, The breakfast My price was inclusive of breakfast. They provided English breakfast and the staff serving the breakfast spoke perfect English. So you’ll have a stress free vacation there. I have a lot to say but to summarize, I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK THERE.

the room was very big and spacious. the bathroom was also big, and the shower. its a very open space, and there is no seperate door, only a glass door. the view was very nice, as you have a direct view to the beach. the area may be a little far to reach since its not directly at haeundae, but at a small beach right next to it. but i liked it, because there are not many tourists and its a very quiet place. good for taking a walk outside right at the beach. over all its a nice and affordable place. the staff was friendly and the area is peaceful.

everything was good!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Laon. The room was beautiful and the view breathtaking. We asked for a specific room as shown in the photos and our request was granted. We loved the neighborhood and town as well. There were many great restaurants and cafes around. The walk all the way to Haeundae Beach was really pretty, too. We also loved the great breakfast and breakfast room. Everything was so nicely decorated and the music was great and relaxing.

We liked everything. The only thing this hotel needs to take care of is the mold in the elevators.

The highlight was a comfortable bed, a view looking out a large window to the beach and ocean and a double spa bath. The room was simple with bar seating only. Room was very quiet and sound proof. Songjeong beach is away from the crowds of Haeundae. Breakfast had plenty of choice, fruit, salad, eggs, toast, cereal, noodle cups, juice, coffee.

The breakfast room was small for the numbers using it and sometimes a bit of a wait for seating, it felt very busy at times. Songjeong is further away from Haeundae than we realised and not on the subway. We didn't have much success figuring out the buses so used taxis to and from the subway stations. Perhaps not the best location if you want to do alot of sight seeing around Busan, unless you are happy to spend time travelling each day.

The hotel is close to the beach and I enjoyed watching the fast and furious cars and walking at the beach. Very relaxing, especially at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful, especially the night guy, he was very friendly. The day staff could not speak English and always getting the taxi destination ordered wrong, but i survived and enjoyed Busan.

The hotel cleanliness can be improved. The ladies toilet at the lobby spider webs dust etc it's like it has not been cleaned in a while. Passage way toilet paper rolls. The elevator was all dusty and the mirrors. The breakfast was not all that eggs were cold it was edible but can be improved.

It has awesome view from the room with the sea just in fron o f the hotel. It is quiet and the staff is very attentive - they helped us with a safe malfunction carrying an exchange in his own hands, they were ready to call an ambulance at any time when a had unexpected health problems. There are genuine korean restaurants nearby at a moderate price and nice service. Nice room design, it was as shown on the pictures and the arm chairs were comfortable :) the barh tub was freat advantage. And a simple but fresh breakfast every dayehich started as going on exploaring Busan. If you do not mind travelling to the centre it is worth recommendation.

It is off from the center but do not get discouraged they have taxis and trains and subway and coastal cabins. Ladies in the dinning room did not speak any English. It caused some funny situations.

It is away from hustle and bustle of Busan, but it is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. All the reception/check-in staff speak enough English to assist you and are friendly and kind. We had a lovely person who checked us in, Sang Won Yoon. He has a warm personality and helped us when we had inquired about different tourist attractions we wanted to see. He was very helpful - thanks Won Yoon! We had a wonderful view of the ocean and convenience store about a 1 min walk away. It’s at the end of the Haeundae Beach Train, and there is the boardwalk along the beach. I’m not sure how far it goes, but it’s a lovely walk. At night on weekends there are cute food vans selling coffee and Korean street toast. Gwangalli Beach is not very close but easy and affordable in a taxi. Breakfast is simple - eggs, toast, lettuce, tomato, fruit, instant noodles, tea/coffee and juice. It’s good as it’s included in the hotel stay and I had no complaints.

The beds are harder than I like, but having travelled to other Asian countries - this is the norm.
