The apartment had fantastic views of the bay and the city of Busan. It is as nice as it appears in the photos. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It's in a nice part of the city with lots of attraction and food options nearby. Be aware that the front desk where you walk in is for permanent residents, not short-term residents. Y-collection, the business that rents these, is on floor B-4.

It's a minor note, but many short-term rental apartments provide basic food items such as salt, soy sauce, etc. This one did not.

Simply great! This apartment is the best one we have ever had on our trips. It is situated on the highest floor with beautiful viewes. Equipment is higher quality and it is really large enough.The location is great, directly on Haundae beach with nice promenade and evening life. Blueline sky capluses Mipo station is approx. 5 min. walking only. There are plenty shops and sea food market around. I highly recommend this apartment and will be happy if I can come back again in the future.

If there is high humidity outside (like 80% and more) there is no view, as it is practically in the clouds and there is not pleasant smell going from the fire ventilatiom system, so the open windows and aircondition on is a must.

The location is walking distance from jung-dong station and haeundae beach. Around the location, there were tons of cafes, restaurants and shops where you can visit and eat. It’s also a walking distance from the blue line park for the sky capsule. It was confusing when you first arrive and try to look for the basement for the reception. I think other than that first time looking for the reception for check in and finding the right lift to ur room, the rest of the process was quick and easy. I stayed about 5D4N so they came in to change sheets and stuff. Items like towels were delivered to doorstep at 9am most of the time everyday (?, there was 2 days somehow didn’t receive anything I’m not sure if it’s my family that mistaken). Overall very spacious for a family of 4 adults! Oh and very clean with facilities like washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, oven/microwave. Would recommend, though I would say finding your way to check in and the process is abit tedious

Huge property that is absolutely gorgeous and tremendous value for money during our stay (May 2025). We had questions coming in we couldn't get answers to. For check-in/out, we did not go to the fourth basement (which we couldn't find). There is a "Y Collection" check-in desk immediately to the right of the mall entrance that is closest to the Signiel Hotel, which worked for both check-in/out. Shampoo / Conditioner / Bodywash WAS provided in each of the bathrooms, which was a fear coming in. Stay was excellent overall!

Check-in area and elevators were really warm / hot - no pool access (and beach technically closed in May).

For Haeundae, a fantastic location on the beach. Building was new, apartment was gorgeous, comfortable, with spectacular views. Staff was great, check in and out super easy.

Does not Actually have any facilities at this residence. No pool, no gym. There was no larger grocery stores in the area, so a little bit tough to stock up on certain items. But the GS fresh in the basement of the complex was sufficient for simple things. A rain. If you don't have a car, it is a bit tough to get back into the main part of the city. I would suggest renting a car if you have a group bigger than three.

Highly recommend. The facility is clean, spacious, and high tech. Staff were courteous. Excellent communication. The building is across the street from Mipo Station blue line, and the famous salt bread bakery ( corner store by Mega Coffee) in the same building with Busan X the sky & the highest Starbucks in the world, Olive Young, beach front. We received bottle water & fresh towels. Separate washer & dryer in the unit. Will stay again.

The beds were a bit firmer than what we used to.

Very nice apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. In a prime location which is close to the beach and near to the sky capsule in Haeundae blueline park. Lots of amenities including parking, full kitchen, laundry and big living area. Helpful staff that will escort you to your room and direct whatsapp line for any inquiries.

Car park is is multi level with underground check in so may be challenging to navigate to front desk.

Amazing location right on the Haeundae beach. Big comfy apartments which definitely beats the comfort and prices of the nearby hotels. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with three bathrooms with a fantastic view of Haeundae and Busan. I would never again book a hotel, but rather pay less for this comfort.

Unfortunately, for some strange reason, guests cannot use the dishwasher or the dryer. But they were helpful in drying the clothes (big washer) if we dropped it off at the reception. Also, we had no access to the gym facilities, which would have been an extra plus.

The view was incredible. The space felt luxurious and clean. Beer and dried fish were provided. There's a 24-hour 7-11 nearby, along with late-night friend chicken across the street. The location is perfect, right on the beach and near convenience, coffee, and restaurants.

The lights were confusing to me. Finally figured out you have to turn on a master switch in the main area in order for the bathroom lights to work. It felt a little like staying in an escape room. It's weird that there is no trash can in the kitchen. In the rest of the building, the hallways and elevators felt hot and muggy all of the time, so by the time I'd get to the 50th floor, I had to remove layers along the way.

LCT is always a great location to stay, super close to the beach. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and public transport.

It seems in the past some guests did misbehave or damage things. Please charge them for their mistakes and don't punish all future guest with things like "not allowed to open windows, not allowed to use dish washer machine". Always bad approach to punish people for things others did. Reception staff was friendly but compared to other providers in the building not really motivated to go the extra mile for their guests.
