The room was great, even in the basic configuration. There was a large closet, a small table with two chairs, the bed was extremely comfortable with down pillows and egyptian cotton bedsheets. The air conditioner worked well and the air was super fresh (I didn't have any allergy issues while sleeping with the air conditioner on). There was a large balcony with a nice view (colorful lights at night on the Mipo port side, but the beach side is probably even better). The counter had a coffee machine with capsules, and there were crystal glasses of different sizes in case you needed them. The curtains were automatic and made the bedroom 100% dark (good for sleeping), and there was no noise whatsoever. The bathroom was spacious and had nice amenities (the soap and shampoo smelled like perfume). I only had breakfast a few times because it was not included in the stay, but it was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The items were prepared in small quantities and constantly replenished, so everything was super fresh (perfect croissant and eggs, crunchy bacon), and there were also other cuisines available (the fried rice with minced beef was the best I've ever had). There was no freshly-pressed juice, but the fruit selection was good. The service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and efficient.The cleaning lady was very friendly and would come at 6pm to check if I needed more water bottles. The lounge staff helped me with printing a train ticket, and the reception staff was patient in explaining how the tax refund works.

There was no large overhead shower, only the hand shower that is adapted for that. The TV size was good, but it could be upgraded to have YouTube apps, etc., instead of only supporting mirroring (which decreases the playback quality).

The property is terrific, as you can see in the photos online, but, I would like to give feedback regarding my experience there. This was my first time in busan, and they gave me a warm welcome, even before I walked to the entrance, throughout the stay and even after I checked out they still took care of calling taxi for me. They also took care of my request and gave me the room with the view I wanted. I’m super grateful. As for the room: -the view of the haeundae beach is stunning -super comfy pillows -dessert table with daily desserts -bath salts -nespresso machine +coffee capsules As for location of hotel: -it is at the left end of the beach, you can use the beach entrance to go to the beach -has 2 metro stations withing walking distance (haeundae station & jung dong station) -near other attractions like busan x sky, blueline skycapsule, sealife aquarium, knotted cafe

Stayed at Signiel Busan with my husband and was immediately impressed by the outstanding service from the minute our taxi dropped us off at the front. Gorgeous and modern hotel situated perfectly on Haeundae. You could easily take a nice stroll down the beach and find yourself plenty of eateries and desserts. Location wise, this is absolutely convenient with having various food options nearby without the need to drive anywhere else. It is very close to popular nearby attractions as well, and the Olive Young around the corner is just perfect for some k-beauty shopping. Friendly hotel staff who was able to also converse with us foreigners in English and provide any additional instructions if needed. Our hotel staff Jae Guk assisted us with bringing our luggage's to our room and kindly providing us with the best tour of our room. I don't recall a previous hotel stay where the customer service was this outstanding! A nice touch is also what they provide guests on the 8th floor during certain hours for free snacks and champagne. So many amenities we wish we had the time to use! But this will definitely not be the last time we visit Busan. We will certainly stay at Signiel Busan. Thank you so much to the kind staff for welcoming us!

Nothing I didn’t like about the property.

It was located right on the beach, near the Haeundae Blue Line Park, and close to the subway. The staff was very attentive, and we had lounge access which was a lovely perk for having an afternoon rest and snacks. They also had a pillow menu- our necks loved this! We opted to have breakfast there every morning- a little pricey for paying out of pocket but totally worth it! The pools were amazing. They have heated indoor and outdoor pools. It is truly and experience to be outside in the pools with an amazing view of the beach, city, and ocean. Highly recommend this.

We like to unpack at a place, and there weren’t any drawers, however we asked for more hangers, which they brought up promptly.

We stayed at 4 different hotels during our 14 day trip in Korea and Signiel was my favorite. The check in was efficient and speedy. We were greeted with a welcome signature Signiel tea with a hint of rosemary in the most perfect white porcelain tea kettle and cup. Service was supreme and the daily champagne and snack happy hour allowed our group of 5 to relax before heading out to dinner. Signiel is in a perfect location on the beautiful Haundae Beach next to the Blue Line Park where you can take your daily walk. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in Busan.

Only that we had to leave.

- The room was absolutely stunning. The view from the terrace overlooking Haeundae Beach was breathtaking. - Best location in Busan, right on Haeundae Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. - The concierge team was excellent. They quickly arranged tickets for the Sky Capsule train, which is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. - Thoughtful honeymoon touches, as we were welcomed with chocolates, wine, and a lovely handwritten card. A truly memorable experience. - The infinity pool was fantastic, with hot water and an incredible view, it was the perfect place to relax.

- Honestly, nothing bad to say, this is a solid 10/10 stay. - Just a heads-up: once a month, on the last Wednesday, the pool and spa area are closed. It was a bit disappointing, but to their credit, the hotel informed us in advance when we booked.

The location is good - if you wish to remain in the Haeundae beach area. I had some trouble with my travel cards when checking in (not the hotel’s fault) but they upgraded my room due to the stress involved which was very generous. The lounge with coffee / drinks / snacks had good non alcoholic options and an adults only section which was quiet. Bath tub amenities were very nice.

The sauna / hot pools were an extra cost for hotel guests and the cost was high, there was almost no discount for being a guest (44000 krw per visit). This seems wrong in a 5 star hotel where guests should not expect to be charged at all for facilities. The location is far from the center and tourism areas (over an hour by public transport). This hotel also has a lot of families with kids running around the restaurants / halls, be warned if that is not your type of environment.

The Bed is really comfortable, The room was spotless and modren, Loved the welcome drink and housekeeping staff are amazing, Always smiling and showing you much kindness, The location is great, And the concierge team very helpful.

Upon arriving, I was asked about 3 times if I had a booking, And when I've said yes for the third time, He asked if I booked at signiel? Obviously I've arrived at the front door of the hotel, And I got out.. So of course I've booked at signiel.. And sadly he didn't even welcome me, Just asked if I had a booking. The breakfast, I'd suggest arriving early because you will find empty baskets of bread and maybe some other things around 9:20 Abit crowdy, But I think they should keep refilling everything until it's 10 Am.

Signiel Busan offers a luxurious, beachside stay with exceptional service, convenient location, and top-notch amenities. From the start, the attentive staff provided a warm welcome, helping with luggage, offering welcome tea, and even giving a suite upgrade as a birthday treat. Though check-in was delayed briefly, the overall experience was efficient and friendly, with evening turn-down service adding a thoughtful touch. The hotel’s lounge was a standout feature, with complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day, including premium wines and champagne in the evening. Dining options included an on-site Chinese restaurant and buffet restaurant but do check our the opening times. They offer guests a discount so that was a really nice touch There is an outdoor infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the Haeundae Beach - really pretty. There were also indoor facilities too. Located in the LCT mall near the Haeundae Beach and close to the Busan X the Sky Tower and Sky Capsule Blue Line Park Mipo station, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring key attractions. It is a bit far from city centre though. We were on one end of Haeundae Beach and it was a pleasant walk to the other end where there is a nice walking trail to Haeundae Dongbaekseom Island The suite, though compact, was comfortable with a private terrace and well-maintained facilities, such as an outdoor infinity pool and an indoor pool overlooking the beach. Overall, Signiel Busan combines comfort, prime location, and thoughtful details, making it ideal for travellers looking for a luxury experience in Busan. The all-day lounge access, attentive service, and beautiful setting make it a top choice for a memorable beachside retreat.

We had a terrace/balcony but the room did feel small and this was an upgrade suite room. As mentioned above the check in was not the most efficient at first - we did arrive earlier than check in and so I think they were trying to get the room ready for us. There were quite a few guests waiting in the lobby that I first thought they were waiting to go on a tour. Luckily we only waited for about 30 minutes but it seemed the other guests were waiting there much longer. Then the reception staff went over to ask for our names and proceeded with the check in process. I guess it's just their process and once they started we all got checked in effectively.

I stayed with Lotte hotels before and they never fail to please. It was my first time at Signiel and it was amazingly beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful although there were some language barriers. My friend and I added the breakfast buffet to our stay and it was well worth it. Just going downstairs and enjoying the variety took away having to walk out in town. If you like having service at your fingertips while on vacation and leaving the worries at home then this hotel is a nice resting spot.
