This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The location is really outstanding, right next to Haeundae Beach and many bars and restaurants etc. The family suite was fantastic for our family of 5 - one bedroom with en-suite bathroom that was perfect for our 3 kids, and a separate parents' room. There was a spacious living room and also a balcony room. It was very comfortable and clean and the photos on the website don't do it full justice - it was really much nicer than I expected. We didn't get chance to check out the pool but I would imagine that would have been great too!

It's not a 5 star hotel so it lacks some of the facilities you might otherwise want from a hotel, but it covers all the essentials really well, and I really can't find any significant faults.

Location is perfect, very close to the beach and area center. View is very good.

We came to check in at 4pm, and there was a long line of the guest. So we had to wait 30 minutes. Guest were asked to register their numbers to know their order in the line. We came to the hotel right after the beach, so it was very uncomfortable to wait 30 minutes in a cold hall when your hair and clothes were wet. I thought we would go and check in right away, and I can take a shower. The room looked tidy, but there was sand in the bed and floor. Seems like they didn't clean the room.

View from the room and pool facilities were amazing. The location was ideal with shops, bars and restaurants all very close.

bathroom was a bit disappointing as sink seemed to be clogged, the cabinet doors were broken and therefore wouldn’t open/close. Shower didn’t have a shower curtain and the shower head kept falling down and would not stay up.

Very close to the beach but away from the hassle for a peaceful night. staff were very friendly. A handy cafe in the lobby. Swimming pool and the view is a bonus. View from the balcony is amazing. Air con is great. Hotel is basic, so don't expect any luxury. it will solve the purpose for a proper rest.

Bathroom share a common wall and you could hear everything. The first few nights we were lucky the neighbour's were very quiet. You need to inform the front desk for a room service.

It was the perfect size for our family of 5. 2 bedroom, one of them which slept 3. Loved the sun room as well. Was good to have a dining table to eat breakfast, good tv, and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

there’s a long break from 12-3 where you can’t use the pool which is very inconvenient.

Short to the points; 1. Excellent Location close to beach 2. Very Friendly Staffs 3. If Put Do not Disturb sign, House attendants knows and left room amenities for next day without needing to ask. 4. Spacious room with great view 5. All full Room equipments including Clothes Stand Steamer with very detailed plan and good usage of Drawers for Cups, Coffee & Utilities.

It was very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants at walking distance. The heated pool was also nice, especially the view.

The shower was in the bath, which is ok, but there was no curtain or anything so the bathroom got wet everywhere

First, I was impressed how clean the whole facility was. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. Just one thing, if you are not familiar with Korean style bathroom, you might feel uncomfortable because there was no shower curtain in the shower. Beside that, everything was more than I expected.

Great location and 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom suite was very spacious , comfortable and fairly new.

Suite had midsize refrigerator , but no microwave. Bathroom vanities were barely on the wall , incomplete work. Hotel does not have any laundry facilities on the premises. Had to go across the street to do laundry.
