I stayed five nights here in Busan in their double room. Booked with booking for UK£150/KW282,852 two people for five nights but likely cheaper to boom directly with them. Room was clean and had plug sockets (an adapter was offered by Steven but I would suggest bringing your own) Steven is very friendly and contactable via Whatsapp. Location is close to various bus stops and Haeundae Traditional street Market as well as a coffee shop opposite and a great bakery almost next door. For trips to the beach is it a 5 minute walk with plenty of shops on the way. Rooftop bar is kind of hidden next door. Entrance from street market side. Wifi was good and signal for each room as well as common room. Small fridge proved and free drinking water in common room. TV in room. Laundry service is available for a fee if needed Quiet nights sleep. Bed was comfy, pillows were good enough. Shower gel provided in clean bathroom. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return if needed.

As a tall person, everything felt a little small for me, but nothing was too bad.

Perfect location close to Haeundae Beach, right next to the famous market, with restaurants, convenience stores, and a MegaCoffee just across the street. The place was clean, well-equipped with everything important, including adjustable air conditioning and a fridge. I’ve stayed here twice already, and I’ll definitely choose it again for my next visit to Busan.

Some rules need to be followed, for example throwing toilet paper into a bin instead of the toilet and taking it out. But since this is common in Korea, it wasn’t a problem. Otherwise, everything was great!😊

Perfect location, right next to the night markets but still quiet for sleeping, bus stop right out front, short walk to the beach and the subway - perfect for pit stops at the beach before heading out to explore the town, couldn’t have hoped for a better spot to be! Small but comfortable rooms, good AC, smart TV with Netflix. Very friendly and helpful host - communicated kindly and clearly in Korean and English!! I’d definitely stay here again :))

Limited space to dry clothes/swimwear after going to the beach. No lift, a little difficult to carry luggage up stairs.

Excellent location and extremely helpful service. I was feeling ill during my trip and had to stay under the bedsheets for a couple days, and the owner was constantly checking up on me from my friend and doing their absolute best that I was able to recover fast and able to enjoy my visit in Busan. The amount of services in the room is astounding for the price, even if some of them like the shower are rather simple.

It was rather cold in the common areas, even if outside was warm. I understand this might be a building problem, but it made it difficult to follow the house-rule of eating only in the common areas.

This was my second stay at MAMA Guesthouse Haeundae, and I had another great experience. The location is excellent—right next to the street food alley and just two blocks from the beach. You definitely won’t go hungry here, and there are plenty of nearby shops for a convenient shopping trip. The room was a bit small, but it was manageable and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. It’s not a fancy place, but for the price we paid, it was more than satisfactory. We’ll definitely stay here again!

I like how Steven entertained us from the moment we entered the place until we checked out. Throughout the trip, he also provided us information regarding places and weather in Busan. Location wise, this place is amazing. Less than 10 metres, you are already in Haeundae Traditional Market. The place also a very public transportation friendly. There are bus stations and subway station nearby. I also recommend this place because it has a pantry area where you can heat up your food and do hot drinks. I give this place 5/5. Thank you Steven!

I was expecting a stove where I can cook there. But, maybe that was my mistake because I didn't contact the host to ask about it.

The guesthouse lived up to the expectations set by reading other people's comments. Very clean. Convenient location. Helpful, friendly staff. I hope to stay here again one day.

Incredibly well run and well located guesthouse. Steven was always super prompt at responding to messages and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Many great places to eat nearby (note that the well known hotteok store nearby is closed on Mondays, but lots of alternatives). A note that as is often the case in S.Korea, toilet paper can't be flushed down the loo and the shower/toilet is one space. However, felt that this was as well done as it could be. Shower pressure was excellent. Liked that there was a laundry service although we didn't try it. I'd definitely stay again.

Fantastic location for anyone who's looking to stay at the Haeundae area. This place is 3 mins walk to the beach and also conveniently located around many traditional markets, as well as the main attraction of Haeundae. Steven is a fantastic host who speaks great English and has been helpful in my entire stay at the guesthouse. The room also has all the basic amenities you need, so will recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a good value for money option.

My only minor issue with the place is that the laundry is off location at another place. Regardless, it was only a 5 min walk away and accessible with 24hr service. Not a big deal but to be aware when booking!

Really enjoyed staying here. Guy on reception was lovely, kind and helpful. He even gave me a full suze towel 😆 The beds and bedding were great! Enough space to make a home for a couple of nights. Really good location for bus and about an 8 min walk to metro. Was next to markets but was quiet enough. Really clean, presentable and friendly. Walls set pretty thin but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't solve!

Shower rooms. Hate the damp and water going everywhere but that's just me... not used to that environment. Climbing the stairs with my suitcase.
