The location in Haeundae is perfect, just in front of the beach, so you might get some view. There is a balcony, which I also loved, and the room was quite big. It looks very new and the beds were comfortable.

At night it was noisy, even the steps from the people upstairs were too much. Also and more importantly, it was not as clean as I would expect from this kind of hotel, which is a pity because everything was new and beautiful. There were NAILS on the floor, and I complained about it the 3 days we stayed there. They said they would clean it in the morning, but apparently the more I said it, the less they cleaned the next day. The nails (and hair in the shower) were there until the end of my stay and I didn't even get the complimentary bottles of water the last day. They made less effort every day. It was very disappointing because the location was perfect and the hotel very beautiful.

The hotel is in an excellent location in close proximity to the beach, subway station and Haeundae street with loads of eateries. There’s a convenience store in the building itself too. The room I got had fantastic views of the beach and it was generally clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly.

1. There are only two lifts and sometimes they take a bit long to arrive. 2. The room had an odd smell about it. Not sure what kind of smell it was but it was strong and annoying. I kept my sliding windows open the whole time for ventilation. 3. Sometimes the change of towels they gave me were stained, but otherwise the room was clean 4. I’m not sure if I just couldn’t figure out the AC or what, but no matter how many times I change the settings and turn it on and off; it would only stay on for 5 mins then switch off. Again, I had to keep my windows open for ventilation and when it got hot.

The location is excellent. Close to most sites and tour buses also come close the hotel for pick up. Nice to walk around the beach. Rooms are decent size and beds are comfy. The Hotel lobby is 24/7 and helped me book a Cab at 6 am to the airport which was great.

There is NO AC in the month of March /April. The hotel staff offered to get an electric Fan. There is no Breakfast offered by the Hotel. Not even a paid option. The entry of the Hotel has a Restaurant so there is a smell when you enter the Elevators on the Ground Floor and it does get little confusing when you you enter the Hotel building. The Staff hospitality is average could be better.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel right in the midst of street food, stores, an all kinds of different restaurants and bars. Loved the fancy heated-seat, bidet, blow drying toilet. I liked the balcony view of the beach too.

The A/C was finicky and I was told none of the A/C's work in the winter which I get but it gets stuffy in the room if you don't open the balcony door or something. The laundry room is only 2 washers and two dryers that ONLY take 1000 won bills and 500 won coins. The ATMs that take American visa can get crowded and inconvenient. Wish the hotel had its own ATM to withdraw cash. They have a cash exchange machine but only for cash to cash. Doesn't take card.

The hotel is well located, in the center of Haeundae. It's a 3 minute walk to the sea and 5 minute walk to the metro station and bus station. It is also located in the middle of the nightlife district. You've got all possible restaurants, cafes, fast foods, even a few restaurants that run 24 hours if you get hungry during the night. I went to Busan in winter. The hotel room is warmed through air conditioning, so you will be able to keep yourself warm, as opposed to other hotels that only provide centralized temperature and limit your temperature. Hotel staff was really nice! They also clean your room daily. I paid a really good price and got more than I was expecting. I would definitely check this place out in the summer, although I expect it to be jam-packed. The area is full of tourists, clubs, restaurants. I like that sort of vibe.

The hotel is this giant monolith of a building, but only has 2 elevators. It gets pretty crowded in the elevator lobby. I can't really imagine how crowded it gets in the summer, when I imagine this hotel is fully booked. I upgraded my room to one with a sea view, which was on the 31st floor. I liked the view, but you can't climb to the 31st floor or climb down from it, so you depend on the elevator. Other than that, not much to complain about.

The rooms here are spacious with incredibly comfortable beds. The bathroom also has a good amount of space and a great shower. The cleaning services were great, as is the location, with only minimal noise coming through considering you are right on the strip by the beach. The TV also had Netflix and YouTube, which is perfect for the lazy moments!

The only thing I can really think of is that there wasn't a drying rack for my laundry that I did while I was there. It wasn't a big problem as the room was warm enough and I used hangers, but a previous hotel I'd stayed in had a rack and it was really helpful for that.

Easy to find location, 10 minute walk from Haeundae intercity bus terminal. Superb location of a hotel, so near the beach and local market. We had a great view from a balcony (of the sea and of the town; day or night). Metro station also conveniently close (5 minute walk). Room very clean and spacious, TV with Netflix. There's an automated washing machine in one of the basement floors which we used. Although we were on 29th floor, elevator was very fast. Overall: great stay!

The room was very clean and nice! The bathroom was nice and big- great shower!! Location is on a bustling street near the street market. It is a little further away from other attractions so the journey to gamcheon can take an hour.

Air conditioning wasn’t available per property standards. It’s only available during summer months which begins in May and I visited in April so only heating was accessible in the room. The room temperature was fine with the sliding door open but at night, it got warm a tad. Nothing crazy all in all

Location is very good, worth for the price.

Dont have enough electrical socket, slippers are stingy, less lights, no mirror for make up in the room.

Nearby beach location. Step outside of your building and you will find full street of eateries and lots of shops to satisfy your hunger. Convenience store nearby like daiso, gs24, etc. Local street shop nearby this hotel is a must visit to try variety of sea food. Pack some food and sit on the beach with your partner/family to enjoy the beautiful view with it. Don't forget to clear out your trash 😄

Not a major issue but building entrance is little confusing for first time visitors sine they have multiple hotels in same building.
