We booked 2 rooms and got one on the quiet back side and one facing the lively street ahead. My tip is if you want to witness the action going on, request the street view and if you would like a quiet night, request a room on the back side. Both of our rooms had a bit of partial ocean view. The rooms were nice and felt new, however the hallways need a renovation. The hotel offers no amenities such as a pool or rooftop. However, the location was very convenient, with only a few steps to the beach, the esplanade, and even the market right across. Lots of places to go out and eat! Lobby is on the 7th floor.

Location is good, walking distance to beach and metro. Spacious room. Toilet is clean. Breakfast is cozy like home. The Korean pickles looks yummy, saw the local eat with rice for breakfast. For me, the veggie and fresh fruits are good. The scrumble eggs, sandwich, sausages are standard menu. Overall a good short getaway with family, comfortably in big rooms with cozy breakfast. Opposite and nearby have many restaurants and small shops but we didn't have enough time to explore.

The room lights a bit dim for me, will be perfect if the lights are brighter. The 1st night has loud music from the opposite hotel/bar when we checked in, but then the noise went away after we closed all windows. The soundproof is quite good. With the view of the night life, I don't mind staying facing the street with sea view, so this is not a complain actually, more for info for those who are noise sensitive, you may need to request for the room facing inside. For me, this is not an issue. I love the view from our room

Property was a 5 minute walk from Haeundae Beach. The room was clean and we had a lovely view of the beach from our room. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast buffet in the mornings offered a variety of western and Korean foods that changed every day.

We booked a room for 4 people however the room only had 2 beds; one queen and something between a twin and full. We were able to make it work however the advertised set up for 4 people was supposed to have beds big enough for 4 and this was not the case.

Location was perfect - right next to the beach and all the restaurants and food market, and only 5-6 minutes down from the train station. Hotel was very good, beds and pillows comfortable, and our room was amazing (the one with a hot tub). I would recommend staying here for sure! You can borrow a vacuum cleaner from the front desk to vacuum all the sand out from the floors of your room.

The lighting/some lamps did not work...but it was not an issue really as some other lamps did work.

I like the size of the room which is more than enough for 2 person, 2 big luggage can open on floor, even though the restaurants and shopping is downstairs the room’s sound proof is good, you have refill your water and free coffee at the lobby,staffs is very friendly, you may store your luggage before or after check in or out at lobby!

It was spacious and clean, and location is superb, near the beach and the food street. And the price was surprisingly ok. Great for a short stay if you like to be near the beach. It used to be called a business hotel and I last stayed there many years ago for a business trip because of its proximity to Bexco. This time I brought my family and they loved it.

Not much to dislike. But if you prefer the city centre like Nampo or Jagalchi, it’s a long subway ride.

The location was great, the room was quite spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

prices during special weekends skyrocket—not just at this hotel, but across all accommodations in Busan. I would have enjoyed my stay more if I had paid the regular rate, rather than over 200,000 KRW per night

Located very close to the beach and transportation and food. Check in was a breeze and very fast!

The noise out side can get very loud, so if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend the place. Get two room keys if you like your room constantly cold.

Thanks to the kind front desk staff, I had a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Miss Baek for kindly recommending places to visit. The location is very close to the sea, and the room is spacious. However, the noise from the road is not their fault.

The rooms are modern and clean. The location is perfect, directly near the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants are available in the direct neighbourhood. The AC is working perfectly. The service is great. To give you an example: I forgot my jacket in the closet, and they sent it to my new hotel via package delivery service. I'm really thankful for this extraordinary helpfulness!

Due to its design, it seems to be impossible to take a shower, without flooding the entire bathroom.
