Awesome location, clean and quiet. Very nice staff.

The central air conditioning did not allow us to control the temperature. However, it remained on even when we were out, so the room was very comfortable when we got back from the heat outside.

No option to have air conditioning only heater so we had no choice but open the windows because it was sooo hot even if they gave us an electric fan. hence we can hear the traffic of cars outside, a price to get a little cold air which cannot compete with the heater which we thought we already turned off but we were still getting centralized heating.

Nice location, we opted for sea view room so we had nice view of the beach outside our room.

The room thermostat was fixed. Our stay was in winter, and the room temp was hot and stuffy. It also had large windows facing the sea and it had full blast of the afternoon sun. When we arrived at night, the temp in the room was 29°C. We tried to adjust tje AC temp but it was fixed. When we called the front desk abt it, all they told us was to open the windows to let the cooler air in. But with the windows open, it was very noisy. So we had to bear with the noise for a bit to get the room temp to a more comfortable level before we close it again. Otherwise it was quite diff to sleep with the noise.

Best decision to stay at Shilla Stay whilst in Busan. After a long day travelling to Busan, it was great to be greeted warmly by the staff and check in process was very efficient. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the bathroom as it was quite big and had all the amenities we needed. Location of the hotel made it so easy for us to explore Haeundae as it was walking distance to the beach and halal restaurants and to the local night market which was great!

Clean, comfortable rooms, kind and professional staff, very good breakfast! What more could you want? We had a beach view room on the 10th floor which was great and as I'd made a request through the booking.com app we were able to check in slightly early.

There was nothing we didn't like... But I do wonder why many hotel rooms can't manage to put a plug or usb socket on both sides of the bed? And also why only one side gets a reading lamp? Surely it wouldn't be so hard to install these on both sides of the bed?

Its ideally situated at the other end of Haeundae Beach which is less touristy

Check-in process using a queue registration system and was served by a trainee unsupervised by her senior. So i didnt get to know a lot of the property and the service delivery was very scripted and text book without any warm welcome even though your a grand suite guest. Maybe we are not Korean? As majority of the guest are locals. Most of the review mentioned staff are well-verse in English but the irony. Probably could work on it a little more

Room was spacious. Hotel's location is pretty good as it's near the main street shopping/ eating, markets and train station. We've booked the Korean style room and it was perfect for a family of 4 (2 teenage kids). However there is one thing to note that the korean style bedding for the 2 kids are floor type sleeping. Room was very clean as well.

We were not used to the Korean style sleeping arrangement for the 2 kids. The kids had to sleep on hard wooden floors on a thing duvet type of mattress. When we asked for a mattress the hotel said that they don't have any spare mattresses for us. That was the only small downside to an otherwise great stay.

Prime location right at Haeundae Beach; A convenience store at the bottom of the hotel building. Taxi cabs are always lined up to pick up customers. Nice buffet breakfast.

Tried to get on to Express Bus (#1001 & #1003 if I remember correctly) from Busan train station, but bus drivers refused to get us on. We realised that only flight-cabin carrier size luggage is allowed on buses. The transportation info at the Hotel web site should be corrected with this restriction. We ended up taking a taxi to the Hotel from Busan station. The fare seemed to be around 20,000 KRW. Although I booked the accommodation with breakfast included, the reception desk told me only 2 adults are covered with this package, i.e. a child had to pay extra for buffet breakfast every morning. I guess Booking dot Com has to clarify this confusion/misunderstanding.

convenience store emart and coffee place at L1. check in and check out were quick and easy. free minibar :). taxi stand right at doorstep. seaview was awesome and walking distance to restaurants and streetfood.

there was a baseball center at L1, even from top floor we can hear the trainings but they stop after 10pm. was a little warm altho we open the windows. hotel.informed no ac in winter and spring and they run out of electric to send to the fan, so we were sweating in the middle of our sleep.
