Awesome location, clean and quiet. Very nice staff.

The central air conditioning did not allow us to control the temperature. However, it remained on even when we were out, so the room was very comfortable when we got back from the heat outside.

It was very well located in Haeundae Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The seaside view was awesome. The hotel, and our room, were very clean. On site laundry was nice. Proximity to restaurants and sights, was great. The taxi stand out front was a bonus. This is a high-end hotel, certainly!

The room was a bit small for 3 people and there was not much storage space. The door to the bathroom was also the door to the closet, which caused some logistical challenges, in terms of accessing the bathroom and clothing at the same time. It would have been nice to have a designated location on our floor, outside of our room, where we could put recyclable items. We ended up not using the rooftop pool, which we had looked forward to, as the fee schedule and hours were too restrictive.

Overall, the hotel was good. The room was spacious and the view was nice. The beach was only a street away. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and tried their best.

But the staff first gave us the wrong room, so we had to go all the way back down to the lobby with our luggage. Also, when we left the car park, they wanted us to pay a huge amount when we checked out. It was a system error, but we still had to go through the hassle of getting out of the car, running to the lobby and trying to fix it. We created a huge traffic jam in the garage. I also really hated the shower design. You couldn't move the shower head, and the shower was open, so nearly everything got wet.

I had a very pleasant stay at Shilla Stay Haeundae. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to many popular tourist attractions. Haeundae Beach is just a short walk away, which was a big plus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. All the amenities were well-prepared, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I’d especially like to mention Harper at the front desk, who was incredibly polite, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Their support truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. I would definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

loved the location, the beach was in walking distance train station close as well, as were alot of the attractions, got some walking done without needing public transport we book tours to see other parts of Busan

we thought we would appreciate the night lights more than the beach view as we were out all day, but as it turns out not much night lights view not so great recommend to book the beach view room had to extra pay for toiletry no coffee in room just thought the little touches lacked

One of the best location in Haeundae Beach, close to everything, just couple of minutes walk from subway station, 1 min to the beach, plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The room is decent size, decent bed, decent bathroom. I would say it was perfectly clean (for such a branded hotel), but it certainly was above ok. 100% recommended to anyone if you plan to stay in the area.

I personally don't like stone-ish floors: they are not cozy, hard to clean and keep clean. However, this is my very personal preference, this is definitely not a bad thing!

Nice location, we opted for sea view room so we had nice view of the beach outside our room.

The room thermostat was fixed. Our stay was in winter, and the room temp was hot and stuffy. It also had large windows facing the sea and it had full blast of the afternoon sun. When we arrived at night, the temp in the room was 29°C. We tried to adjust tje AC temp but it was fixed. When we called the front desk abt it, all they told us was to open the windows to let the cooler air in. But with the windows open, it was very noisy. So we had to bear with the noise for a bit to get the room temp to a more comfortable level before we close it again. Otherwise it was quite diff to sleep with the noise.

The location was perfect and the hotel itself was very good. We didn’t try the breakfast or use the pool. We stayed in a family room, which was just right, comfortable beds and everything we needed. Haeundae beach is amazing and the neighborhood has much to offer, would definitely recommend this place.

The only comment I’d make is that the hotel could benefit from some minor renovations, like a fresh coat of paint, fixing a few broken details, and updating the worn carpets at reception.

No option to have air conditioning only heater so we had no choice but open the windows because it was sooo hot even if they gave us an electric fan. hence we can hear the traffic of cars outside, a price to get a little cold air which cannot compete with the heater which we thought we already turned off but we were still getting centralized heating.
