I had a great stay here~ 1. Perfect location! It's less than 5 minutes walk from Haeundae Station and there are many restaurants around so there was no problem eating!! 2. Haeundae Beach is 7 minutes walk away!! Also, Haeundae Market is 5 minutes to walk! Wonderful location!! It couln't be no better location than this! 3. Above all, it's a new building so it's clean itself!! 4. The staff does their best to help you with everything! They gave me anything I asked for so I had a very comfortable stay! 5. I'm sensitive to noise but I had a very deep sleep and the bedding was very comfortable and clean! I was satisfied with everything and highly recommend this hotel!

The location is fantastic, with many famous restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The room size is also great, and having a dining table was a nice touch

1) The receptionist was polite and generally nice, but could be more welcoming. It seemed a bit difficult to get assistance with navigation or questions, possibly due to a language barrier, as they spoke mostly Korean and only limited English. 2) We booked three rooms and requested to be on the same floor, but due to the hotel's design, it wasn’t possible to have all rooms on the same level. As a result, we had to go up and down to different floors, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the lift was very slow, making the process of going between rooms more time-consuming.

Central location - very close to beach, metro and lots of restaurants! We had an ocean view, that was nice to wake up too! The night staff were very nice and helped us when we had queries and organised a taxi for us to get to the KTX! Room was as per pictures, a little snug but we managed to unpack and put our luggage away and then it felt fine! Room has lovely underfloor heating, so it was nice to come home to a cosy room especially when it was cold and windy by the beach!

Check in is at 4pm, but they stored our bags for us while we waited to check in!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff at the reception were very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect – the market, the beach, and lots of restaurants are just nearby. The bed was also very comfortable, and the internet worked perfectly. We would definitely book this hotel again.

There is a construction site in front of the hotel, but it didn’t bother us at all.

There were plenty of storage space in the room. A full sized fridge and freezer for us to stock up on our drinks and ice cream 😀 The electric blinds were cool and everything was clean and new. The staff were all very polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable too. Great place to stay.

Everything! From the clean hotel premises, customer service, to friendly staffs and the most convenient location. Raviens Haeundae Avenue has really shown professionalism and excellent customer oriented demeanor. Will definitely visit again.

Very good location in Busan, around a lot of restaurants, GS25. Near to public transport. The beach was in 7 min distance. And beautiful view from Windows. Room was nice and comfortable. The reception staff were realy nice and helpful. It was amazing time in Busan

The room is too small, and there’s no space for a dining area.

Bathroom, having a micro wave and bottles of water like a gift, hot beds, door to balcony right next to bedroom, and so on.

1 st time they gave us a room which beds were not fully cleared but after telling them our room was changed so there is no problem.

Great location, it's within 5-10 mins walk from Haeundae subway station exit 7. The room is well-equipped, spacious and well designed. There are also plenty of restaurants and eateries around the hotel, as well as a CU minimart next door.
