Great location close to the restaurant's,bars and beach as well as being close to the metro and express bus station

whilst the room was large the configuration of the room was terrible with the bed squeezed in between the sink and the wall so awkward when there was loads of space on the TV wall. May 25 and lots of building work going on outside from 7 not hotels fault but nevertheless noisy.

Although the hotel per se is good, what stood out was the hospitality from front office manager Mr Park. Mr Park was extremely helpful whether it was giving guidance related to transport or any other enquiry related to the hotel like laundry service, breakfast etc

Although the room is spacious, there isn’t much scope to place out clothing like a cupboard

Bed was amazing, best I've had on current trip. Big fluffy pillows and blankets. Free laundry was convenient and usually available. Bathroom was 3 mini sections in my bigger room, a shower room, a toilet room, and a big bath between (no door on bath). Double is not a room to share unless you're very comfortable with your companion!

Dryers take forever - likely need a service and deep clean.

Located in the busy nightlife of Haeundae the hotel is a nice quiet area close to restaurants and the train station. The room was clean, A/C cold, bed cozy and great shower. The breakfast was delicious!!

The room had a faint aroma of cigarette but the front desk attendant allowed us to switch rooms (they were very nice about it) and the other room was much better.

Room was very nice. Beds were super soft and comfy. I had a double room so the extra bed was nice for visitors. Bathroom sold me on reserving this hotel. The shower had nice pressure and hot water on demand. The tub was a nice addition. All toiletries needed for a trip were available and then more. A very nice fragrance was being pumped through the ventilation and was a nice luxurious touch.

Only one room card was given. Took AC longer to cool the room down and left it stuffy when out for extended time. A good coat of paint to the window sills would make a difference.

I LIKE: - Location (subway, beach and walking street are close) - Rooms are new and superclean - Beds are soooo comfortable - Easy to find

I DON'T LIKE - One man on the reception desk, he was not friendly and rude in his answers, I think it was a hotel manager. He was not in the uniform like other stuff on the reception desk.

My high review score is accurate, one thing to mention here is that the breakfast is actually cheaper than stated on booking.com. It is 7,000 won per person, which is more like $5.30, not 8 dollars per person. For what you get, that is a very good price. It could be twice that price and still be worth it. Full spread buffet, in a rooftop restaurant. All pictures are accurate and reflect well what you get at this hotel.

No pots or pans for cooking, no microwave. I am not sure what Koreans use the stovetop in these rooms for, if there is nothing with which to cook. No other complaints. Would stay again.

The receptionists were very friendly and nice. They always greeted us and made our stay very lovely. A big thank you to them! Our room was big, there were big windows, big comfortable beds, a bathtub, and a small room with a fridge, a hanger for clothing, a table, and a chair. The location of the hotel is perfect, since it is only a few minutes walk to Haeundae Beach as well as to the subway station. There are many bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby. As a vegan, I could easily find restaurants offering vegan food nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Breakfast was good. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

There was not a sea view or city view to the room I got. Toiletries that was provided for two days are not enough.

Location-wise, it's great: in the heart of Haeundae, less than 10 minutes from the beach by walk, plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants around. The Haeundae station is just nearby. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Shower or bath, it's up to you! Bed is very comfortable.

It's not the hotel's fault, but there is a construction site right next door, so no lie-in beyond 7:30 in the morning!
