Room is surprisingly spacious with a separate study /dressing room, a bathtub separate from shower and toilet, and even a balcony. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Free bottle water and ice in the lobby and a top floor restaurant with nice breakfast and view (or a night cap). Location wise is also brilliant, close to subway/buses, a few steps from the Hauendae strip and market and beach. Friendly staff. Overall great relaxing experience.

Wish there are more real closet space to hang clothes.

The breakfast was always delicious, icy bottles of water and ice downstairs every day helped fight off the summer heat. All the staff were always very kind and smiles all around. Cleanliness was outstanding. Very convenient laundry room. Location was brilliant. 5 minutes from a metro 10 minutes from the beach.

This might just be a personal thing, but a touch of extra sound proofing for the rooms might be needed.

whilst the room was large the configuration of the room was terrible with the bed squeezed in between the sink and the wall so awkward when there was loads of space on the TV wall. May 25 and lots of building work going on outside from 7 not hotels fault but nevertheless noisy.

Staff were so friendly, spoke good English. Breakfast was great. Excellent location. Close to metro. Close to food.

We had two of the same rooms, they were nothing alike. One smelt heavily of cigarettes. No amount of airing the room helped. The other room was great. They both had different size fridges.

Big room, shower and bathtub. Comfortable bed. Breakfast ( not included) very good and an affordable. Walking distance 10 min from Haeundae beach and 4 min from metro station .

Everything was good

Although the hotel per se is good, what stood out was the hospitality from front office manager Mr Park. Mr Park was extremely helpful whether it was giving guidance related to transport or any other enquiry related to the hotel like laundry service, breakfast etc

Although the room is spacious, there isn’t much scope to place out clothing like a cupboard

Good location near subway and haeundae beach. Good clean room, with shower separated from bathroom. Great quality of soap, smelled like a good spa. Fridge working fine, air conditioned too. Luggage storage before / after stay. Nice staff.

Basket (at least toilet one) should be covered. Breakfast a little bit expensive.

Bed was amazing, best I've had on current trip. Big fluffy pillows and blankets. Free laundry was convenient and usually available. Bathroom was 3 mini sections in my bigger room, a shower room, a toilet room, and a big bath between (no door on bath). Double is not a room to share unless you're very comfortable with your companion!

Dryers take forever - likely need a service and deep clean.

The location by the beach with lots of restaurants and main shopping districts nearby. Staff were really good. The bathtub in the room was great. Lots of 24 hours convenient shops nearby. What I loved the most was the a mini spa in the room.

Located in the busy nightlife of Haeundae the hotel is a nice quiet area close to restaurants and the train station. The room was clean, A/C cold, bed cozy and great shower. The breakfast was delicious!!

The room had a faint aroma of cigarette but the front desk attendant allowed us to switch rooms (they were very nice about it) and the other room was much better.
