The location was nice and central, but not noisy at night. It was just a five minute walk to the main street that had lots of restaurants to choose from. Another few minutes to the beach which was very clean. The metro station is also very close. It is about 30 minutes (and very cheap) to get to central Busan. The rooftop pool was great for hanging out. Although small, it was not crowded and we had it to ourselves for a lot of the time. Beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were great.

The signage was a bit hard to spot. The taxi driver dropped us at the similarly-named hotel next door. There was a lot of redevelopment work being carried out nearby. It wasn't too noisy but made the area feel like a bit of a building site. The small balcony had no real view.

The hotel is quite modern. The room was very clean and the staff very polite. The receptionists were very helpful in every way. The rooftop pool along with the bar was great. It is perfect for everyone. Plus super views. Especially the evenings spent there were very enjoyable, although the bar was only open until 10 pm. The location of the hotel is ideal. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants with delicious food. It was a super stay and I would definitely like to return there.

Include breakfast in the price. However, having been to South Korea, I have noticed that this is standard in hotels of this standard. Other than that, I had no negative comments.

Location was good as it was a few blocks to walk to Haeundae Beach. I liked that they offered connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and beds were firm and comfortable.

The only thing is this inconvenience I'm dealing with. We had a flight delay and missed our connecting flight to Busan. We missed our first night's hotel and am trying to get reimbursed through travel insurance. It's been difficult trying to get an invoice from the hotel after the fact. I'm not getting much response from the hotel or Booking.com.

Primarily the staff, a group of people who understand the meaning of hospitality. Proximity to beach and metro, plenty of places to eat locally, a lovely organic cafe around the corner that also sells vegan and gluten free options. Immaculately clean. A gorgeous pool and sun deck on the roof

Some localised noise from development projects but you can’t hear it if the doors / windows are closed so I wouldn’t let it put me off staying at this hotel that also has a lovely cafe in the foyer.

I traveled with my husband and we stayed in the king room. The bathroom was the highlight - there was both a tub and a shower! The room was spacious, clean, and very quite. There was a clothes sanitization closet in the room, which was very neat! Location was also excellent with close proximity to the metro, beach, restaurants, and street food market.

The room got a little hot and we weren't able to adjust the thermostat. Our night's sleep could've been better if we could adjust the temperature to our liking. The address listed in the description is incorrect. Luckily, we used a Korean maps app that took us the correct location. Also, there are two hotels with similar names next to each other: the Hound Hotel Signature and Hound Hotel Garden and Terrace so be pay extra attention when checking in. We along with another guest went to the wrong hotel but were nicely instructed and directed to the correct location.

Pool on the rooftop with warm water and great view. Comfortable and quiet room. Close to Haeundae beach.

Cafeteria closed in the morning Staff not very talkative (shy or just not English speaking?) Haeundae is a “work in progress” area and not very lively in September. If you want animation choose other areas in the city.

The location’s great it’s close to good restaurants and only about 10-15mins walk to Haeundae Markets and about 5-7mins walk to Haeundae station. The staff were friendly and helped us get jumbo taxi to the airport. The rooftop bar and pool are so nice especially at night time and has good views of Haeundae. I totally recommend and would definitely stay here again when I come back to Busan!

Rooftop pool was great. Bathroom is big and clean with separate toilet. Bed was good. The coffee bar downstairs! Free parking

The rooftop bar was never open. Walls in the room could have been cleaner. No possibility to hang towels or anything else in the room.

It is clean and the staff there were friendly. The pool is useable during autumn as they did heat up the pool. The rooftop area is quite decent and it’s quite comfortable to chill there

Staff almost doesnt speak English. The only one cafe in the hotel works from 10.00 with the break during the day and close early. Location is good only to go to the beach if the weather is nice otherwise super far from all the other attractions.
