Our stay at this hotel in Busan was overall very positive, though it started with a strange and rather frustrating check-in experience. We arrived at 14:10 (check-in is at 15:00) and were told our room was already ready — but if we wanted to check in earlier, we’d have to pay extra, as they apparently charge by the hour. Honestly, it felt absurd. I would understand if we arrived several hours early, but in this case, we were told directly that the room was ready — yet still had to pay if we wanted to access it 50 minutes earlier. I told the staff this was disappointing and said we’d rather wait and spend the money on lunch instead. So we came back at 15:00 and checked in for free. To our surprise, we were given a free room upgrade — a spacious room with a beautiful sea view, which we really appreciated. The room had a large bathroom, a comfortable bed, and was reasonably clean (although it’s clear that the rooms and the hotel overall are showing signs of age and could use some renovation in places — nothing major though). The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely the rooftop pool. It's large, very clean, with stunning views, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and the option to order drinks and snacks — all of which made up for the minor shortcomings. The location is also perfect — just a one-minute walk to the beach promenade.

the front desk staff (in particular the woman who checked us in) wasn’t especially welcoming or communicative, and the hostesses in the restaurant barely spoke English and seemed a bit spaced out. Also, as mentioned, the hotel isn’t new and some areas could benefit from renovation. Still, these issues didn’t overshadow the experience. The value for money was excellent, and we had a really enjoyable stay.

Everything. This is a fantastic hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. The rooms are superb with coffee/tea making facilities, dressing gowns, slippers and lovely fluffy towels. And this is the standard room. King size bed which was so comfy that you didn't want to get up in the morning. Restaurant is tasteful as is the food and so reasonably priced. Washing machines available (if that's your want). A roof top pool and sauna compliments ones stay if it is your thing. The hotel is right next to the beach with everything in walking distance. Local convenience stores and restaurants are in abundance. If I am lucky enough to go back to Busan then this is the hotel we will choose. And I am picky. A great place to stay and at such a reasonable price. 10 out of 10 from us.

No complaints. Fab hotel in every way.

Our room was excellent, with a large comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom with two washbasins, and even a small ocean view. Haeundae Beach was a block away, as were at least four convenience stores.

The hotel’s street was a bit grotty, with cars sometimes blocking the entrance and massage parlour leaflets on the ground. And you had to put toilet paper in a bin rather than flush it away. Our toilet blocked once, though staff were quick to fix it.

The room was modern, large and had great views of Haeundae beach. The location was central and close to bus and subway. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was fantastic. They are heated and we swam in the rain. The room was so comfy that we opted for room service every night instead of going out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but not all understood English well. The room service staff had to come to our room to clarify orders. But they made sure they got the right order.

This hotel was amazing, far exceeded our expectations! Room was huge, two big beds with sea view, huge separate bathroom with shower and bathtub as well two sinks. Rooftop pool is free of charge, only drink orders have to be paid. the View is fantastic especially in the evening. Liked the valet parking, keys have to be given to the staff and there is a button on the wall in the room that can be pushed if we need the car from the garage. Everything was digitalised, lights, facilities etc could be managed from a tablet.

There was nothing like this. Just one suggestion I guess would be beneficiary, however I know about the working hours of the employees if the rooftop pool would close later than 10 PM that would be great, even if it is opening up in the afternoon a bit later than 2 PM.

In general, nice staff, great swimming pool, clean, considering is 3* is way above. Free access to the swimming pool, you will be given pool towels, close to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants

very big and comfortable room, and big and comfortable bathroom too. nice design of the bathroom in the room using glass. great pool on the roof. and it is quiet in the room despite the road along the beach. the hotel is close to beach and restaurants. and very good room rates indeed.
