Extremely easy to access this hotel from Busan Station - Bus 1003, with little walking. Location is great - just a few steps away from Haeundae Beach. I'm used to Japanese business hotels so Toyoko Inn gave a similar experience - familiarity is appreciated. Breakfast spread was good, although the western options could be stronger. Excellent and affordable laundry facilities! Soundproofing of the room was good too!

The waiting time and ride time on the escalators was frustrating during peak hours. The aircon in my room fluctuated quite a bit, so I woke up when it was super cold and when it was super warm too. Perhaps something wrong with the sensor.

nice location near the beach and walking distance to the center of haeundae. no nonsense hotel. they provided everything that you will need. even pajama! free breakfast included. lot's of vending machine etc. you get what you pay for. still recommended if you're on a budget and will mostly go out in Busan

the rooms seems a bit old/outdated? although it is good for basic needs. if you will just sleep but not staycation. on our first day/night it was still holiday. so it was really busy or crowded esp on the breakfast. but they refill everything fast. but just feels like a commercial or factory like hotel that time.

Very comfortable stay and a great location. The staff were very kind and were able to attend to me in english which I greatly appreciate. I like that although I opted for no room cleaning, they were able to arrange fresh towels left outside my room for me. The breakfast had yummy korean options, I am glad it was not western style breakfast so I could try new items.

Breakfast was a bit hectic on the weekend mornings and the coffee machine broke which created a long line. Similarly, on the weekend it was a long wait to catch an elevator since it was very busy. Guests should be sure you add some extra time to account for this. During the week there was no issue.

The single room is comfortable. The breakfast is much more delicious compared to the Busan Station and Seoul Gangnam branches, where the breakfast is acceptable. At the Haeundae branch, however, the breakfast is truly wonderful. The laundry and washing machines are available most of the time, and the laundry detergent is reasonably priced.

The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear faint sounds of TV programs, Korean phone conversations (thankfully, I couldn't understand them), and even sneezing from the room next door. I usually use the hairdryer at midnight and can only hope my neighbor doesn’t hate me for it.

Overall, I find the hotel is very comfortable, soundproof is excellent as I hardly hear any noise from outside, bed was comfortable. I had a peaceful rest. Breakfast is included in the stay, I expected it to be basic, but they tried to make changes in the banchon dishes, so Breakfast was good. I have never stayed in toyoko inn before but will consider this chain in the future.

There's no card available for don't disturb or please clean the room. The guest is required to inform front office if skipping room cleaning is required.

I stayed in both Haeundae and Samyeong locations and here's a resume - Haeundae is way better location. 5 minutes and you are on the beach! - Breakfast at Haeundae was better, had more options (even cereals with milk). - the view in Haeundau was way better than Samyeong too - Breakfast is served from 7 to 9:30 compared to 6:30-9 and 7-9:30 over the weekend in Samyeong. Similarities: - Coffee was very good in both locations - Both have washing and dryers, for a super good price - in both you can store luggage before and after checking in/out - both rooms were very similar, not too small, not too big, desk, good wifi, small but great bathtub. - both have a 24/7 convenience store nearby IT's definitely my stay for Busan

Rules are a bit too much but i think it's Korean standard, in both: - check-in late (16:00), check-out very early (10:00) - must say at the beginning when you want cleaning in your room, otherwise you get towels every day - have to specify to bring every 2nd day if you don't want them. Also you have to not be in the room from 10:00 to 16:00 if you want the cleaning service - they also bring you a small bottle of water every day, could save the plastic given there's a water fountain in the lobby

The location was perfect as it was opposite the beach and also only 10 min walk from haeundae subway. In reception there were a lot of helpful extras like toiletries, water etc We also appreciated being able to do laundry on the premises for a very reasonable cost. The check- in / out was simple and the staff were very helpful, ordering us a taxi for when we were leaving. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold food. We were provided with clean towels everyday.

Our room was clean and well equipped although a little compact.

Everything especially the breakfast if you love korean food. It's very worth it! There are both western and Asian breakfast served but most of it is Korean. We stayed in the economy twin room. At first, it's said the room is 11 square metre but it's spacious enough for two people and two 28-inch luggages. I love how the room and the multi-functional bathroom is well-designed. And the view from my room is beautifull. Recommended if you seek a clean, convenient, and hotel deserving your budget.

Great value for money with a private bathroom and comfy bed. All the basics are provided and bottled water was replaced daily. Soundproof room. Nice view of the ocean! It's close to Haeundae beach and all the nearby restaurants. Family friendly hotel.

As expected, during peak time the elevators can take up to 15 minutes to get on. There was also a long queue for breakfast, it was awkward eating while a queue of people waited. Plan your time well if you're there during peak season.

Just 2 minutes walk to Haundaea beach. Very clean place with all amenities. A wide variety of items in the complimentary breakfast. Public trasport system is available from this location.

I was the single occupant in the double occupancy room. The room size and the toilet is little bit congested. Rest was fine. Detail ingredients of the breakfast menu must be mentioned in English. If possible, the veg and non-veg section should be separated.
